What are people saying (AI review summary)? Reviews indicate a generally positive experience with clean pools and good facilities, particularly for families with young children due to age-separated areas and a dedicated shallow pool. Water aerobics classes, especially Courtney's, are highly praised for their energy and effectiveness. However, there are recurring complaints about staff rudeness and impoliteness, with specific instances of lifeguards and entrance staff being unwelcoming. Another significant issue highlighted is the consistent late start of 9:00 AM water aerobics classes, which still end on time, cutting short the workout duration. Lastly, some users noted the absence of hot showers, with only cold, outdoor options available.

We went for a one day world wide swimming lesson. Can't wait to do it again next year. Love how they separate the kids by age. What I enjoy the most is that they actually have two pools, a smaller pool for younger children under 5 years old, I wanna say the deepest it is 3 feet. Which made my youngest daughter experience much more comfortable with a pool that's actually her height. I would totally recommend anyone to go swimming here. Very friendly and warm staff. Plus the place itself is very clean and organized.
I went with my family it was really fun and very clean pool but the staff were quite rude and had an attitude which isn’t nice ,when we were on the railing one of the life guards said they will kick us out which was disappointing to hear from someone working there.
The pool was amazing I loved it but when paying to enter there was a lady being quite disrespectful and impolite.
Recently tried the water aerobics classes. A group of us from LQ have been going to PD aquatic center for 10 years. We love Courtney’s classes. Her energy is great and the workout is great. Love the use of noodles and weights at this pool. The only complaint we have is the timing of classes. The classes are only 45 minutes so we need 45 minutes. The 9:00 classes repeatedly start late because the staff doesn’t get there until 8:45. It is not enough time for them to set up, and get 25 plus people through the door to start at 9. However even tho the classes ALWAYS start late they always end at 9:45. In PD for example, if the classes start late, they end late and if someone has to go, then they have to go. Please either let the staff in earlier so they can start on time or end the classes appropriately at 45 minutes. The next class isn’t until 10:00 so there is time to extend the class. I have spoken to the pool manager and Courtney but so far nothing has changed. Several of us have spoken to staff.
What a super wee pool. Only $3 a swim for adults. clean. lovely friendly staff. Would have given it 5 stars but I do like a hot shower after a swim and only cold, poolside, outdoor showers here
