We recently celebrated my daughter’s 5th birthday at Goldfish Swim School on Monroe Ave, and I cannot rave enough about how incredible the entire experience was! From the moment we arrived, the staff made everything so smooth and stress-free. I’ll be the first to admit—I brought what felt like a million extra decorations for our Moana theme, party favors, and goodies, but the team didn’t bat an eye. They were kind, helpful, and fully prepared to assist with setup, even with all my over-the-top extras. The staff were all incredibly friendly and engaging and not just with me, but with every single child and guest. Their positive energy really set the tone for a fun and memorable day. Everything came together beautifully! One of the best parts? We had the entire facility to ourselves. It made the celebration feel even more special and allowed our family and friends to truly relax and enjoy the day. The kids had an absolute blast in the pool, and the party space was clean, colorful, and fun. If you’re considering a birthday party that’s fun, easy, and memorable, I can’t recommend Goldfish Swim School on Monroe Ave enough. They helped make my daughter’s 5th birthday extra special! In addition to the party my daughter has been taking swim lessons here for the last couple of months and it’s been a great experience as well! Kipp is an amazing instructor and the progress my daughter has made with her has been phenomenal!

Goldfish Swim School has consistently demonstrated excellence in swim instruction. The instructors are exceptional, providing not only swimming lessons for children but also guidance for parents on how to effectively teach their children to swim. Their expertise, support, kindness, and professionalism are evident in every interaction. Our child has successfully learned basic water safety through the Mini 1 and Mini 2 classes, and we are grateful for the skill development and increased comfort around water. The facility is well-maintained, and the leadership team is highly supportive of families, offering outstanding customer service. Having been members for nearly a year, we look forward to continuing our membership and furthering our child's swimming education at Goldfish Swim School.

Really happy with our experience at Goldfish. Junior 1 has given my daughter so much confidence and she has such a great time; she never wants to leave the pool at the end of a lesson. If it were possible to book 45 minute lessons with less kids, we would. They have a great system in place for ensuring the kids are safe and learn to feel comfortable in the water. Highly recommend it for families with beginner swimmers.

We love Goldfish Swim School! It has helped all four of our kids become comfortable in the water and strong swimmers. We love the safety essence of the curriculum. The teachers and staff are so wonderful to work with and see each week! We cannot recommend Goldfish enough!

My daughter has been coming to Goldfish Swim School in Pittsford for about seven months. When she started she was afraid to put her face in the water and was not confident in the pool. She had a few different coaches as we bounced around to find the right class for her, but they just didn’t click with her and it seemed like they were just going through the motions of the class without really connecting to the kids. It started to make us second guess if these classes were worth the money, but now that she is in class with a great coach I would 100% say the swim classes are worth it. She has been with coach Doug for a few months now and he is amazing! My daughter has made so much progress with him, she can now confidently swim the width of the pool by herself! Coach Doug has been so personable and genuine and he seems so committed to helping her learn how to swim. Each week as she improves he is so excited for her and really encourages her, and after class he explains in depth the skills they are working on and how exactly my daughter is improving and I really appreciate how much he knows her individual skill set to be able to say how she is getting better each class. Coach Doug has been amazing and I am so happy with the progress my daughter has made since being in class with him!
