Had such an amazing time for my sister's birthday 🎂 party. Our server Ryan was so great! She was attentive, friendly, accommodating and really made our experience extra special. Big shout out to her customer service. We hope she'll serve us again next year💖 Thank you for all your hard work Ryan!

I had such a great time at the pool. They played a variety of music, which was great. The pool party on Saturday was chill but definitely a fun vibe. The drinks were good. The food was OK, typical bar food.

The service is great. The food is pretty good for bar food. This is the quickest place to get food at the casino. There are a few things around the pool that are in need of repair like one of the fountains and some of the chairs. It wasn't very crowded on weekdays but it got kind of busy Saturday afternoon

Although I lost at the slots 😒 I just had the most memerable time at Harrahs strictly due to two outstanding workers at the resort, im sure you already know of whom im speaking of, and yes, if you said Jamee and AC you'd be right! I couldnt have been happier with the professionalism from AC and the hustle from Jamee. As a team they accomplished to end my vacation on a great note!

Horrible to say the least devastating. So the security at harrahs is So bored they asked me and my family to leave for the reason that my daughter and her boyfriend were in the pool and he got up and his swim shorts fell a little bit to where so.e lady called security and they followed my kids up to my room where i was showering the proceeded to keep my door open while i was in a towel and would not close my door the man security guard kept trying to look at me the lady security guard would not letting me close my door I asked for sheriff's to come and view video footage. When he got there he said that they were just asking us to leave and if i didnt leave I would be arrested I literally did nothing at all they are so unprofessional rude male comments like its job security for them and we were characters horrible I literally spent so much money for this trip sad
