I’ve lived here since 2017 (going on 8yrs). I love Prospera Square and the community they have created for us. Everyone in the office is always friendly and helpful and they make time for the complex to get together and socialize. The maintenance team is quick and efficient and always keeps the apartments looking good when it comes to landscaping. I don’t plan on leaving anytime soon. I’m spoiled here and I love it ❤️

I think i put a review when i first moved here in 2022. Its still a great place to live. The maintenance man johnny is on top of everything! You only see roaches in your house if u live dirty tbh. Yes kids are playing in the parking lot, yes they are loud but they asses be in the house by 9:30! I dont plan on moving no time soon.

I have been living at these apartments for over two years and have enjoyed our time here: 1)Liz,the manager,is a great kind lady who is always quick to respond to any emails or calls. 2)The rent is affordable. Their is a lot of space in living and master bedroom. 3)Their maintenance team are always on time.

Raw sewage spews into the parking lot every few months. It keeps happening so I assume they're just slapping a bandaid over the real issue. Apartment layout itself is fine, horrible air circulation though, especially in the summer heat. Hope you like carpenter ants. The size of the rooms is good though and the counter tops are nice. It was the best deal I could find at the time so here I am.
