Reviews
Forestmeadows pool is small but very peaceful and beautiful compared to Trousdell aquatics center. It's very relaxing with the big oak trees and usually not overcrowded. There are two pools which is nice for families and kids; a smaller shallower pool and a bigger, deeper one. My kids have both done swim lessons there, which were very helpful. The lifeguards are helpful and professional with parking and access is usually pretty easy. It's good to check their schedule and go when they are not having swim lessons. Lastly, the price is more affordable for kids then other pools in Tallahassee. It's a hidden little gem, for sure. Thanks city of tallahassee.
Great facility here with lots of activities to choose from, tennis, playground, hiking and biking trails and a pool.
Parents need to learn how keep their kids under control & correct their misbehavior!!! A group of rowdy kids came over to the smaller pool where there were several younger children playing. These rowdy kids hit my son with a ball, jumped on top of another child (who wasn't a very strong swimmer) & splashed a few adults in the face. Myself and another mom had to scream at then to stop it & move away from our children. Their mother was sitting on the side of the pool not paying attention & the lifeguards did nothing to stop them. Didn't stay much longer after this.
One kid pool and one another pool with varied depths ranging from 3.5 to 8.5 feet. Nothing fancy
The pool was of course closed for winter but was located in a nice setting and a great place for our young people to enjoy healthy recreational activities.
