Horrible at communication and possibly no longer available at the Pennington location? I signed up for classes on 6/22 for my baby. Received a confirmation that we were registered and followed all steps. The app showed we had a class on 6/28 which we showed up for and no one was there. I have emailed, sent messages on the app and called both this location and the main line with no response.

Very disappointed with management. Cancellation notice time (30 days) is not disclosed in any signed terms&conditions, but instead hidden in the website. I tried to cancel 1 week before new billing cycle started but they were inflexible despite having justifiable reasons. Only responded 1 week later, when we had already lost a class but didn't allow it to be rescheduled (which they advertise as being one of their benefits). Didn't refund for 1 class for which I had sent the cancellation notice in compliance with their 30-days "policy". Eventually they stop responding completely. In addition, there is no consistency of teachers and often the pool was very cold
