What are people saying (AI review summary)? Reviews for the water park are mixed. One user had a very negative experience, citing numerous out-of-order slides, extremely long wait times (over an hour per slide), additional costs for lockers, and overcrowding even on weekdays. Conversely, the children's water play area at Hurricane Harbor received positive feedback for its fun features. Another reviewer noted significant improvement from the previous year, with more slides and attractions open compared to last summer's closures due to staff shortages. Despite some items being out of service and hot weather, the water quality was consistently praised as clear and very clean. Season ticket holders were also mentioned to receive special 'Red Carpet' entry.

Worst experience visiting a water park. It was terrible. Half of the slides are out of order. You have to pay for lockers. We managed to go down the slides 5 times in one day. The wait for each slide in line is over an hour. In some places you also have to wait in line for bagels. And this was on a weekday. I can't imagine what happens here on the weekend. Save your time and money. Parks like this should not be open or sell so many tickets. I don't recommend it to anyone.
A very good childrens water play area at Hurricane Harbor. They have all the fun things that you would expect from a childrens play area. Lots of slides, platforms, shooting water guns and of course, the big bucket drop of water....
Sooo glad this part of the park is finally back open! Ladt year completely closed down due to staff shortages. MUCH better this summer, many more water slides and attractions open than last summer. We had a great time!!!
Season ticket holders...for many moons are "Red Carpeted" in. The only way to go :) !!! :)
Extremely hot outside some of the items were out of service but over all the water was clear and very clean.
