We LOVE Making Waves. Dan and his team are absolutely amazing. We open our pool in early April and do not close it until October. During the time the pool is open, it is always crystal clear and chemically balanced without us having to do anything. Whenever we have an issue with the filter or anything will the pool, I can text or call Dan and he will answer within minutes and get someone out to fix the issue immediately. Highly recommend Making Waves Pool Services!

Dan Heller and his team have opened closed and provided weekly service for several years on our in-ground pool. His communication and attention to detail is flawless. We have used several pool services over 19 years and MAKING WAVES POOL SERVICE is by far the best. If you are fortunate enough to employ Dan and any of his team we can assure you won’t be disappointed.

This company started out well and have gone completely down hill. I made an appointment for the opening of my pool and was asked by the owner to open 2 weeks earlier for $75.00 off of a bill that’s about $450.00 so of course I said yes. They come to open and during the opening tell me that some other guys are coming to clean the pool later. About 3:00PM I get a text stating they can’t finish they will be back tomorrow. I respond with questions of the professionalism and why would an opening that happens in one day go to 2 days then they tell me I can’t get an appointment until next Tuesday because I’m not gonna to be so I then ask my nieghbor to lock my gate so I can get the service tomorrow and now Dan says I can’t get service tomorrow because I was upset about him not doing what He said He was going on I do. Honestly I feel like I’m a Black woman and his treatment towards me is due to that. The service is over priced and undervalued. I’m sorry I ever did business with this company and I would strongly think about doing any business with them if I where you!
