We have been customers of sparkling pools for years. We had a problem with a component of our pool system and ask for them to take a look at it they decided on their own, without ever discussing with us, to change the part for a used item. And if we wanted to do something different we would be charged a second time for the labor. When we questioned this, the owners got snippy and came out took the replacement unit out and installed our old broken unit. Not a good way to treat a customer of over 25 years. They don't deserve any stars

I've been dealing with them for 14 years. All for chemicals for my pool. The share was the 1st time I had to have them come out to my pool because my pool was filled with mud from somebody else's property. They had the job done within 2 days and now we can enjoy our pool again. They did an excellent job and I would recommend them to anyone. Same people in the store for 14 years and they treat you like family.

We have been thrilled with Sparkling pools. About ten years ago, we were having tons of issues our pool water. Many companies had us spending tons of chemicals that never cleared the issue up. A friend of ours told us about Sparking pools and they had our water fixed up in three days. Now they open, close and test our water for us when needed. Truly knowledgeable!!

The lady who helped me was really sweet, courteous, helpful and took care of me right away. I went home with everything I needed (after she did the free water test) and after she carefully explained to me all the steps to go through. The other clerks in the store seemed equally gracious and helpful, and the prices are not more than Home Depot given the better quality (more concentrated products) of what they offer.

Sparkling has been opening, closing and doing general service on our pool for over 15 year. We're very happy with them. They are knowledgeable and helpful. The company who put in our in-ground pool was so terrible to deal with that we tried Sparking and have stuck with them. No complaints here.
