What are people saying (AI review summary)? Reviews for this waterpark are mixed, with many patrons appreciating its affordability, cleanliness, and the fun it offers, especially for local families. Lifeguards are frequently praised for being attentive. However, significant complaints revolve around insufficient shade, with limited umbrellas and inaccessible shaded picnic tables. There are consistent issues with staff attitude, particularly from certain cashiers, and a general lack of clarity regarding rules. A major point of frustration is the frequent closure of attractions (like the outdoor play structure) or the entire park due to understaffing or strict, unannounced capacity limits (as low as 25 people), leading to visitors being turned away without prior notice or website updates. Some users also reported difficulty booking swim lessons and a lack of expected discounts.

This is so fun and affordable. I wish I could take my kids to the big watermarks or Great Wolf but I can't afford that. They have a super fun time here though and I can afford it. Lots of lifeguards and not too crowded all the times we have gone.
The waterpark is fun. Is always clean. I go there quite often as Im a local and my kids love it in the summer. I havent had the issue of gwtting turned back because is full. Is pretty big. They added a few umbrellas this year which is nice but clearly not enough for the amount of people they serve. And since they dont allow that you bring your own sunshade then you just have the cook under the sun. Not at all fun when you need to rest or have a bite. The bathrooms are always clean which is nice and they check on all the bathrooms often which is nice for the safety of the kiddos. The biggest complaint I have is with one of the staff members in the register. A white female. She seems to have an attitude quite often anf makes you feel like you are doing something wrong by going to the waterpark. I usually ignore it. But last time she was rude and condecending. When she asked me how many tickets, I said: One adult, one 8 year old, one 6 year old and one 2 year old. She proceeded and said ok 3 kids and one adult... I said "does she pay?" (Referring to my 2 year old) she then said "3 and under are free" then I said "ok yeah she is two, then just two kids and myself" which she said "you said she was 3" i answered "No. She is two". She rolled her eyes at me and huffed. Literally her birthday is in September. Then she'll be 3. But if the rule says 3 and under then what is the problem if she was 3? 🙄 whatever. I just dont like her attitude and I usually wait for the male rather than buy my tickets with her because she usually has an attitude. Overall, we love the park. The teen guards are on point checking on the kids and making sure everyone is safe which I love. The only thing I dont appreciate is the shaded picnic tables. Nobody can use them. Only if you booked a party. Or "reserve them in advance" which I havent been able to find it in the website. And the staff doesnt know and just tells you to check in the website. I wouldnt mind renting a table if its a fair price. Because I dont need to have a party, just bring my family for fun. It seems dumb to have picnic shaded tables if nobody can use them. (The have 3 open tables with shade and one without) but obviously those fill out quick.
Went on a Saturday, the outdoor water play structure was closed and gave us no heads up because they are “understaffed” on lifeguards. The cashier Alexis was very rude, unapologetic for our situation. I saw another man who booked the play area months ahead and offered no discount or anything. I also had a ebt/wic card and they offered no discount which they usually do.
Less then half a start is what this place deserves. Don’t waste your time going to this place, they have a capacity of 25 people only and only open 3 hours on the morning and 3 hours in the afternoon, 10 minutes after they open it’s already close again due to capacity Their website does not mention anything about capacity, today I went with my son and when we were told only 25 people could go in and a second after one of the employees came out with a sign that said the water park was close for the day So is it about the capacity or is it close ? This place is a joke, the Fairfield/suisun city are always quick on collecting our taxes and give people parking tickets but we don’t see the money going anywhere for the kids on our community, every time they build a park for the kids is full of homeless and trash within a week, now they can’t even pay lifeguards and staff for the water park to have bigger capacity DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY IN THIS CITY
This place looks really nice and fun.... however everytime I take my child to try and swim or play in the splash pad...IT IS CLOSED TO THE PUBLIC or NOT OPEN. This last weekend it was supose to be open but was closed for what appeared to be a private party as all the kids outside the gate could see everyone playing inside but we could not enter due to its closure for three days. Also I tried for months to get swim lessons for my son and after 5 months of being wait listed, I went to another county and was able to get lessons. Very disappointed.
