About

Kid-friendly indoor pool with hot tub, plus dive boards and a rope swing, as well as an Olympic-size option.

The facility maintains a Warm Water Pool at 88°F (approximately 31.1°C) and a Lap Pool at 80°F (approximately 26.7°C).

What are people saying (AI review summary)? The reviews offer a mixed perspective on the pool facility. Many patrons highly commend the pool's cleanliness, the exceptional quality and punctuality of the swim instructors, and the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff. The pool is often described as large, roomy, and great for kids, with sensible rules and a good selection of toys. Some users also report a fun and safe experience, with one regular finding it a 'home away from home.' However, significant concerns are also raised. One frequent user highlighted serious cleanliness issues, citing dirt, hair, and bandaids in the water, and stated the pool temperature (84°F) is too warm for competitive swimming, leading to potential health risks like heat exhaustion. Contrarily, another user found the water too cold for infants, causing shivering, while a different review noted the temperature was 'perfect.' A negative experience with a rude and slow staff member was also reported. A major concern revolves around lifeguard alertness, with instances of sleeping on duty raising serious safety doubts.

This pool is clean with amazing swim instructors. If you have little tots taking swim classes the water might be cold at times as my baby was shivering in the pool. Packing can also be challenging. Would I still take swim classes here? Yes. Because the place is clean and the instructors as on time and great to work with.

Helpful and super nice staff, pool is very large and roomy, great for kids! Love this place. Pool rules make sense and the pool temperature is perfect! There’s a lot of toys for my kids to choose from.

Lady was just rude as heck and took over 15 minutes for a basic set up . (Wouldn't have minded but was snapping at every tiny thing and clearly mad about doing her own job) .went to get a nice family pass not to get a attitude from someone .

This pool is like a home away from home for me. Being on the swim team, I'm there five days a week. But since I'm there a lot, I have noticed many things that need to be changed. First, the pool is very dirty. There is regularly dirt on the bottom, hair floating in the water, bandaids drifting around, etc. Cleaning the pool more often would certainly help things a lot. Also, the pool is too warm for competitive swimming and training. I understand that people who don't use the pool often or use it for recreation may not feel the same way, but 84 degrees Fahrenheit is not conducive to good exercise or competition. Heatstroke is a risk, and there have been cases of heat exhaustion. I realize that they are working on this, and some days are better than others, but it would be so much better if they could keep the temperature between 78 and 82 degrees. It makes a big difference. As well, the lifeguards are not as alert as they should be. If someone starts to drown in this pool, depending on who's on deck, I would not fully trust the lifeguards to save them in time. There have been occasions of lifeguards sleeping on duty. If you are going to be a lifeguard, you need to take it seriously. People's lives depend on you! I'll give the pool 3.5 stars, and I know the pool management does what they think is best for the people who go there. I also know, however, that health risks should not be taken lightly.
