This is my review after living here for 1 year (I just extended my lease). I must have been the exception so just take that in mind. We are a couple renting a two bedroom apartment on the third floor. We have had an amazing experience so far regarding our apartment, noises, neighbors and facilities. I do enjoy using the facilities a lot. My favorites are the sauna, jacuzzi, treadmills and club house. The view from my apartment is so peaceful and beautiful. I’m blessed to have the best neighbors which are often respectful and friendly. I don’t own any pets so I can’t talk about the dog park but since everyone has a dog here I feel Eagle Pointe Apartments (EPA) should take a look and improve that area ASAP. Location overall is great and very convenient if you work in Albany or Salem. It is very close from the freeway I-5. Population is about 50% families with kids and the rest are couples and singles. I love the facilities they provide, which feel luxurious and nice overall. However, I disagree with the hours of operation. During winter all the club house amenities and jacuzzi are close at 5pm (except the gym that’s 24h)!!! Which is ridiculous!!! My husband will never get the chance to use it during the week since normal working hours finished at 5pm. Please extend that to normal hours. We pay for this and I want to use it as much as I can with the reasonable hours. The apartments in front don’t have that issue. Groceries around here are the best ! We have it all : Costco, Walmart, WinCo and Target a few minutes away. Love it. The community around here is very nice. Every time there’s a little party or gathering you get to know nice people. Also, I’ll encourage EAP to do better parties every time you sent us a flyer … it’s never a big thing. It’s always some snacks and that’s it. I’m not excited anymore. But they threw a nice party last summer! That was a blast. Lastly, but not least and probably what everybody is worrying about is that management could do much better. I have had only positive experiences with all the employees but that’s because I’ve never had any issues. However, 90% of the people is very frustrated of the lack of communication and support we have from management. I know everyone is trying to do their best but sometimes we need a remainder that attitude is everything!!!! P.S. My rent increased this year 🥲

I have lived in apartments my entire life and this is truly the worse experience I have ever had. I have lived in my complex for over a year now and hate that I extended my lease but it would cost over 3,000 to break it. This is a fair warning to anyone trying to move in please find somewhere else. The only reason why we chose this place was because of the cheap deposit but it would have made way more sense to find a different place with a higher deposit than the stress and money I have lost through this complex. There are many reasons why I feel as though my frustration is valid but here is my top 5. It honestly surprises me that people have had good experiences with this management company. Cost: First the cost you pay for nice quality apartments is what they are going to charge you for but thats not what you are receiving. When I first moved in here, there were parts that were still not painted over and still aren't. My shower head will not attach property and everything is cheaply built. Windows have marked parts and seem to have just been thrown on. Also the paint and dry walls are terrible where no matter what you use to put a picture up its going to peel the paint and if you accidentally hit the wall its going to cause a intended or even break. I pay over 2,000 for a 2bd and 2bath which should honestly not be over 1,300 for the quality. Management: I have never had more issues with useless management as much as i've had with this complex. They will send out constant monthly reminders but never enforce them. They will create monthly get togethers for the people in the complex which seem enticing but will always schedule them during work hours so limited people can attend. There is also never anyone in the main office to ask questions to or bring up any concerns. Parking: This is a big issue for me. Parking is super frustrating as its going to be with any complex but this one has no other resources. When i first signed my lease parking was never an issue had they had plenty of open spaces so we opted out not to pay the extra 50$ a month to have another designated parking spot because we were able to park in a guest spot. Now they have created restrictions and labeled every parking spot to make it clear where you can and can't park which would have been nice if they were opening up spaces. They designated 2 spots for electric charging as they put in a charger during my lease but it seems to me there is only one person which a electric car that uses it and its the manager. If you cant find a spot you have drive into the nearest housing community which is about a 15-20 minute walk away which is just what I want to do in the dark after getting off work at 11pm as a 21year old girl (sarcasm). Noise: This place is loud. Im lucky enough to live on the top floor but I know my downstairs neighbors have to hate me but even if I tip toe everywhere it feels as though im stomping. Also there are a large amount of families that live in the 2bd complexes so there is a constant amount of screaming children who also create a bit of a mess that will not be cleaned up for another month or so. There is large amount of people who drive through with their speakers at full blast in the middle of the night. Amenities: There amenities are incredibly limited than what they advertise. When I signed my lease I was under the impression that the tennis court and gazebo would be added that summer. Never happened. They are also constantly closing the hot tub and pool to deal with cleaning and chemical imbalances. They are also constantly limiting the hours of when you can access the services. The pet area sucks. Plain and simple. My dog will not use it. I truly hope something improves or that this review will save you from the mistake i made when I moved in.

Nice yes, but expensive and can obnoxiously hear every single thump from my 3rd floor neighbors who just moved in. Always waking my baby up at night with how loud they are stomping around and it’s always starting towards late at night. These ceilings/walls are my biggest pet peeve with how thin they are and can hear everything.

Do not move into this apartment complex.Absolutely, horrible experience. We agreed upon a move in date of july 18 on july 17 we went to do a showing of the apartment and the unit had chewed up carpet dog food all over the living room, multiple holes in the wall broken AC unit, absolutely disgusting. We are still in a dispute, trying to get our money back for the deposit they are trying to say that it's nonrefrontable, even though it states by oregon state law, if they do not have the unit in a livable state by the agreed upon date, they have to give a full refund back, we'll keep you updated on how this plays out but do not live here, go anywhere else trust me!!!!
