What are people saying (AI review summary)? The pool generally receives high praise for its appealing aquatic-themed decor, cleanliness, and excellent management, with a new manager, Hector, specifically commended for upgrades like games for kids and maintaining high standards. Patrons appreciate the mostly friendly staff, affordable prices, and amenities such as snow cones, a snack bar, ample shading, and a children's pool, making it a relaxing and enjoyable spot for families. Many note that children love visiting and want to return. However, some visitors express disappointment with a new, seemingly intrusive entry process requiring full names and photos that occasionally had to be repeated. There are also complaints about certain lifeguards being rude, entitled, and unprofessional, including one incident where a lifeguard reportedly yelled at and almost physically pushed a patron.

The paintings of various aquatic animals š¦ & figures š¦š“āā ļø really spice up the look of the pool & surrounding area! The management & workers were super friendly & keep the area functioning properly & looking snazzy! The prices were affordable (even for non residents) the SNOW CONES were awesome & really hot the spot (especially on a hot day)! The area also had good shading & plenty of room for chairs & blankets!
Great relaxing spot, in heat. I drive 10 miles, there & back. Friendly people, small snack bar. Can get membership for season, or pay each time ( seniors, $ 4.00). Has child pool, too !
Iāve lived in Alburtis for 15 years and this is the first year Iāve consistently gone to this pool. The new manager, Hector, has done an amazing job keeping the pool clean and made some cool upgrades including games for the kids. The staff is super friendly and very well mannered. Will definitely be returning to this pool for the 2025 season
We are very disappointed with how this pool is managed. This year we went to the pool twice and we were required to give our full names and pose for pictures to go into the computer system. On the second visit, we were told that we had to do it again. We were told that it was for security reasons and that the information wasnāt saved in the computer. It wasnāt until I asked my children if they wanted to go to another pool that we were told that we didnāt have to have our pictures taken. We have been going to the Alburtis pool for 3 years now, and this didnāt happen in previous years. In the past, we signed in and paid the admission fee. The lifeguards at the Alburtis pool are very rude as well. They are all teenagers who act entitled and snippy. On our last visit, I tried to walk through an area towards my children and I had apparently crossed a lifeguard chair, which was not allowed. The lifeguard yelled at me and almost pushed me into the pool with his foot. We will be taking our business to another pool.
It's always great. Lifeguards are real chill and friendly people. I go with my little bro almost everyday, and he always asks to go back. Would recommend a visit. š„š„šš
