What are people saying (AI review summary)? The facilities receive mixed reviews, with some praising the well-kept, clean, and beautiful pool, polite staff, and enjoyable trails, creek, and playground areas. The policy of restricting pool access to residents is both applauded for ensuring resident enjoyment and criticized for being unwelcoming to out-of-area guests, especially on weekends. Negative feedback also highlights accessibility issues, including rude questioning of handicap parking for younger individuals and a lack of private changing areas for those with disabilities. There's also a suggestion for the pool to open earlier in the season, such as on Memorial Day.
Reviews
Well kept pool very clean - polite staff. Great policy of not letting nonresidents participate - having policy & standards that allow tax paying residents to enjoy the facilities unfettered. I applaud this community for their commitment to standards.
I lived in this area for 3 years and every time I go there I am questioned and ID about my handicap card it’s rude because it’s right on my dashboard and they don’t do it to other people. I understand I’m young to be handicapped but what is their issue. They, wont say anything when I prove it’s my card. My point is It’s annoying and rude getting yelled at that I can’t park somewhere or I have to prove it’s my handicap card because I look young. Also There is no private area to change besides the toilet, if your handicap and need to sit down to change.
Giving a 1 star rating because I’ve never heard of a pool that doesn’t allow non-residents on the weekend so if you have out of area relatives tagging along you won’t be able to come here sadly even though that yourself yourself are a resident. Not a very welcoming place. Thankfully there is other pools nearby who haven’t given my family an issue.
We enjoy the trail as a family, playing in the creek and playground. The pool is beautiful.
Great pool and area but they really need to open on memorial day or sooner in general
