And if you have not been faithful in that which is another's, who will give you that which is your own? No servant can serve two masters, for either he will hate the one and love the other, or he will be devoted to the one and despise the other. You cannot serve God and money.”

BE WARNED!!!! Let me start by saying that if I had read reviews calling Kimberly Goggan unhinged prior to booking, I would not have booked. I only saw these reviews after encountering her unhinged and scamming behavior. Truly this woman has mental health issues and that is aside from her unprofessional and scamming ways. Her modus operandi is to suck you in, present fictitious and one sided contracts, get you to sign and then creates enough issues to warrant a cancellation. The she seeks to withhold your money. This is common with so many people that it is clearly a pattern. This woman will be reported to all relevant authorities for her scamming practices. BE WARNED!!!!

The day I tour the venue Mrs Kim was lovely. She seemed very welcoming and accommodating. During the pandemic she still requested my money after 45 days before my wedding day she she decides to restrict and my head count, took away my bar, my days stay all by choice though we can social distance. I paid 5700 and I only received 2000 because she felt like because a refund was not mentioned that I wasn’t obligated TO MY MONEY... I had to get my lawyer just to get more than what she was offering. I have out of state people who were traveling and booked rooms and 2 days before she decided to restrict and take away from my wedding day stated that I could keep my 75 head count and take all the extra precautions.. on top of trying to make $700 out of me to pay her people when she have this people in place due to the pandemic... I am now having to find a new location who will allow my people and give me the wedding I deserve. She is a MONEY HUNGRY, MANIPULATIVE DISHONEST PERSON.... Do not be fooled by the smile, the land and pool... it is not worth it.. I lost $3700 and my even didn’t even take place after stating on the phone with my lawyer that technically their not open after telling me different via text. RUN?!!

The sky’s the limit with this venue. I have worked with Kim on several events and each time has been a wonderful experience. Being a business owner myself I understand that unexpected things can happen, but we have to learn to regroup and push through it…AND THATS WHAT KIM DOES. The past year and half has taught us that your life can change over night so we don’t need to sweat the small stuff. I’ve experienced Kim be very accommodating, flexible, and professional with her her clients. I Love the fact that this venue is south of Atlanta and you don’t to travel into the city to host a nice event. The venue grounds are beautiful and you have so many options for decorating. If you’re looking for a Venue…THIS IS IT!

I just got home from celebrating my daughters college graduation party. And all that I can say is Kim and her staff made this day the most amazing and beautiful day for my girl. Her reaction to seeing the set up was priceless and all she could say when we got home was “this was the best day EVER!” That wouldn’t have been possible without Kim. Everyone kept asking me if I had done the decorations because everything was so personal. They hit a home run and I will have every event that I host there and would highly recommend them.
