The rooms are definitely run down. The hallway smells like mold. But my biggest issue is that when I checked in I was told that there was no hot water and the plumber would not be there until the next day to repair. Unfortunately, I paid in full ahead of time for 2 "non-refundable" rooms. Apparently that means no matter what the reason. The girl at the desk was very "uninterested" in the fact that this was not acceptable. Honestly, she wasn't very interested in anything except getting the people out of the "lobby" as soon as possible. I don't know if she is just horrible with customer service or if she was sick of getting yelled at by people for not having water. There should have been a manager there to handle customer complaints knowing that there would be issues. We spent the day at the beach getting sand in all the places only to get to the hotel and not be able to shower before going to bed. We rinsed off as much sand as we could with cold water, however, there was still sand everywhere. As you could probably guess, this made for a very uncomfortable night with little sleep. And then, I get a survey email and write my grievances to them with no response. So I tried to email directly to the email listed on the website and it is returned saying that my email is blocked. So, here I am. I would definitely not recommend to anyone and will certainly not be staying there in the future.

The room itself was reasonably clean, but the bedding had large, obvious brown stains — which was both disappointing and unacceptable. We were too exhausted to request a room change, so we ended up sleeping on top of towels. While the bedding didn’t smell dirty, it was clearly unhygienic and needs to be replaced immediately. Definitely not worth the money. Check the photos — would you feel comfortable sleeping on a bed like that? In hindsight, we should have requested a different room or at least a partial refund. In the photos, I placed a white towel on the bed so you can see the contrast. Absolutely horrific that they’d make the beds with such stained sheets.

AWFUL I had a 2 day reservation at your establishment for 9/20/24 and 9/21/24. As soon as I checked in to my room (109) I noticed a massive urine stain in the middle of the bed, staining on the sheets, blankets, carpet, and mold growing on the curtains. As soon as I saw this, I left and requested a refund at the front desk. After being refused a refund, I left. I reached out to whoever runs the email, per your front desk staff and requested a full refund of both my deposit and the amount charged to my card at the time of check in. I was refused a full refund. Staying at this establishment is a health hazard. I had planned to stay here for a wedding. I was never expecting to have to stay in an unsanitary and unsafe environment and then to have a refund refused when I requested it due to health hazards and unsanitary conditions by your front desk staff. This is unacceptable. Please do better. EDIT: please be prepared to never receive a refund for any part of your stay. Staying at this establishment is a SCAM. I will be reporting it to the board of health and BBB.

We stayed in this Hotel. There was no hot water for couple of days. I made a reservation for extra day online. When I got to hotel. They told me there was no reservation and I had to pay again. I paid for the same night twice and there was no refund! We will never stay in this hotel again

We booked this location for fishing every year! It’s the closest spot next to the fishing grounds. The sheets and top covers had some type of stains. The pillow cover had dried blood 🩸. We called for house keeping but they didn’t speak any English. When house keeping cam ,they changed the sheets and covers . The new stuff was soiled as well….😳😳😳. I pray next year we are able to find a cleaner and nicer location to stay while fishing 🎣! I don’t recommend this location.
