Our 3rd year going. Day pass Prices went up considerably since it was bought out last year ($50/person). Same rate as swimmers just to enter even if you don’t swim now. They also charge for towel rentals($8.50 each) now. 1 small snack stand. 1 small bar (cash only). They now keep the indoor hot tub closed all day until 7pm…what a joke. It’s a nice (and clean) water park and kids like it, but the indoor hot tub being closed is a major deal breaker for us especially with the increased prices for the same resort. Hope they consider changing this.

Kids freaking love this place. They nailed the atmosphere. Everything is well planned out. We got shafted going to water wiz so this was next best thing + we spent the night and relaxed.

The waterpark is definitely worth doing while you're staying at Margaritaville! If you are staying in a room you get a discounted rate on the tickets. For older kids (10-13) It was a great time. They only had four water slides but they also have a hot tub, way of pool and lazy river. It's something I would definitely do one week / weekend a year!

My husband, 14 yr old daughter, 5 yr old son and I really enjoyed the indoor water park! Our rooms were spacious and beds were really comfortable. Our room was perfectly situated near the 24 hour arcade and water park. Loved the snack bar inside the water park (no outside food allowed). We were bummed to see that their indoor hot tub was not working during our 2 night stay (especially during school vacation week). The hotel had movie night which was a great idea but the small screen projector and sturdy high back chairs made for an uncomfortable time and ended up leaving after 30 min. We would have liked to see more indoor activities available for the kids but overall we had a great time. We may look into taking another visit during the summer.

What a complete disappointment. Margaritaville Fins Up Water Park is shockingly underwhelming. Small, overcrowded, and managed so poorly that it feels like pure chaos. Customer service is abysmal. Laurie at the Feeding Frenzy Café was unhelpful, rude, and dismissive, setting the tone for an already miserable experience. To make matters worse, the credit card machines were down, which turned an already crowded, stressful situation into a complete disaster. This place is marketed as a fun getaway, but in reality, it’s poorly run, frustrating, and absolutely not worth the money. Save yourself the aggravation and go anywhere else.
