What are people saying (AI review summary)? The reviews highlight diverse experiences. Several positive reviews praise various establishments: a tennis club is lauded for its great coaches, suitability for all skill levels, family-friendly amenities (pool, dining, hang out spots), and excellent facilities like tennis courts, swimming, driving range, and walking trails, with special mention of its caring staff and the commitment of the family ownership. Another reviewer found a boxing training facility to be a 'very cool place.' A rehabilitation center received high praise for helping a patient make significant progress in recovery from a spinal cord injury, providing freedom and hope despite minor issues with wait times. Conversely, one review details an extremely negative experience with a golf club, 'Espresnse of Bonne golf Club,' where a long-standing annual reunion was abruptly canceled at the last minute by an employee named Jarred, who was described as rude, unprofessional, and dishonest, prioritizing a more lucrative event over a confirmed booking and disrespecting the elderly attendees.

I really enjoy playing tennis out of here. The coaches are great - I can’t say enough nice things about them! Anyone at any level of tennis could go out there and have a good time. My daughter also enjoys the pool… overall a great spot to play, eat and hang out.
Our North Baton Rouge neighborhood of the 1930,40,50 have been booked at the Espresnse of Bonne golf Club for two consecutive years and they took the bar/ liquor receipts for the event and we tipped their employees $450.00. They were pleased with our arrangement and penciled us in again for July 11,2025. Mr. Wayne Price called yesterday to confirm our agreement an an employee named Jarred answered the phone and he told Price “we want $600 cash this year for three hours.” He was told another event had been booked for our event . Mr. Price said,” you penciled us in last year for this date . Jarred’s response was “ that is why pencils have erasers then hung up. I was relayed the issue and called Jarret and he repeated the same demand about erasing for a bigger event and hung up again . I’m surprised that someone with this attitude is placed is such.a high managerial position at this prestigious club. No apology , just hung up in our face . Our reunion has survived for over 25 straight years by word of mouth , no addresses or phone list. Every First Thursday after July 4th over 450 folks who grew up in old North Baton Rouge attend this annual reunion. Sadly there is no time to schedule somewhere else. Jarrett found a larger and more lucrative event and with his pencil erased our reunion.. He possibly works of a commission and was hoping for more income. Sadly several people will travel from all parts of America to join our reunion only to be turned away.. His lack of honesty is simply amazing. When these elderly North Baton Rouge Residence show up at his club on July 11th please show them the dignity they each deserve. Jared own up and take responsibility for your mistake . Period. The sun will rise tomorrow and life will go on and all will be fine. We will locate a place to congregate next July for the 28th Old North Baton Rouge Annual Reunion. Yes ,Jarred pencils do have erasers , but think twice then erase only once. Long live the folks of North Baton Rouge of the 1930!-1940- 1950 -1960 era they actually built Baton Rouge. We hope your commission is worth all this trouble. “ you don’t mess with Old Baton Rouge.it ain’t worth the trouble. Jarred go wash your golf balls and gave a great week.
I think this is a very cool place. My son takes boxing training here. I'm impressed. 👍🏻
I’ve made good progress in a short time. Today I graduated to unassisted walker. That’s a very big deal to me. It gives me back a lot of the freedom that the spinal cord injury took away; and it gives me hope. It more than makes up for the occasional long wait I experience after pressing the call button. I came here to get well and I am.
Great Family owned Business! Tennis, Swimming, driving range all are great! They have a small fitness center that has great potential. Offered classes, will write another review On them after I have experienced their classes. But I must say! Their paved walking trails are awesome! Beautiful grounds for quiet family picnics. The staff is a joy to talk with and REALLY care about your experience with them. Yes it is a fairly new Family business with an older property. They are still making improvements. The reason I STILL give them 5 star rating is because of the families drive and commitment and what they have already accomplished!
