They should have a slide under 48" can do. 42-47" kids get bored easily. Baby slide needs updated badly. Its peeling and so faded. They havent replaced the animal buoys kids can float on. The water is always freezing. Like freezing to where babies and toddlers will have purple lips sometimes. Bathrooms need to be regularly checked because they're not very clean during the day. Wow what a fabulous experience first time going! From Bristol TN. Drove two days to our (awful) hotel Hyatt Welks Resort. There pools are closed and we have 5 kids with no notice. So we checked out the community pool here and what a treat! The lifeguards here are so amazing and on it. Makes a mother of 5 like me so much at peace I was able to fully enjoy the day swimming. And they had plenty of food for us! Highly recommend!

Nothing extremely special but very Fun! The pool was not very crowded so it was nice and the yellow slide is the fastest slide I have ever been on!!!!!!!! The music was also catchy lol. I was singing and swimming with my cousins. VERY FUN!!!!

Every time we use the consessions they are always out of almost everything. We decided to get hot dogs since thats all they had and we saw them set one on the counter and it sat there for a while and i said do you have the other hot dog we ordered? And she said "i guess but this is the last one" and she set it on the counter. And i said uhh ok the other hot dog was cold by the time we received the 2nd one. She was just super rude. Dumb we cant bring our own food but they are out of everything 😒

I’ve never felt like my kids were better watched than here. The lifeguards went above and beyond and did an awesome job.
