Perfect location for our planned vacation! Rooms were clean and nice. The whole process went very smoothly. But most of all the staff were a pleasure to be with! I was especially impressed with a housekeeper whe was very helpful. And Jason at the front desk was great! We wouldn't be here if it weren't for him. I hope he gets a raise!
The hotel was clean, but dated. We had a room with two full sized beds. The beds were WAY too small, and we didn’t get good rest. The bed was also very springy, so anytime anyone moves it feels like a trampoline. We also had very limited plugs for our devices. We had to use the plugs across the room and in the bathroom. Usually hotels have lamps with extra plugs but this one had one near the bed, which was frustrating. Bathroom was very small, but the shower was nice with really good water pressure. Parking was really bad the weekend we were there and we had to park quite a ways away. Overall, it was fine but I would probably go somewhere with better beds next time.
Okay yesterday after reading lots of reviews about this location I was worried 😟 but then after getting here 9-9-25 it's pretty nice First the building was built in the late 80's early 90's but sold as a rock 🪨 Parking lot is big but on a hill however it gets better around back Rooms are pretty nice open floor plan bathroom first then nightstands on both sides of the bed then TV and a good area for sitting down and planning your day The bed wasn't great but I'm going through Hot flashes so it's just me!!! But with that being said the Ac was Amazing set the temperature and it stayed pretty comfortable This location was a pretty big deal in the 90's and unfortunately 😕 we've gotten to a point where kids don't want to travel to Branson and parents want everything to be Their way, well I say if you don't mind a few things that I mentioned above then it's the Perfect hotel to come for a great night stay with a lot of Amazing features right on site So to finish my review if you are kid free need a few days away and want something in the heart of the strip come here Today 9-10-25 Jason and his buddy were Amazing
Our room was very clean and well stocked. Lots of towels… The towels are the softest I’ve ever had! The bed was very comfortable, and the pillows are great. The bathrooms are a bit outdated but very clean. We enjoyed the indoor outdoor swimming pool and spa. There are lots of amenities on the property. It’s in a wonderful location. They gave us two free passes to the breakfast buffet, and after experiencing it, we would not eat there again for breakfast even if they gave us more free passes. They need to get better about their food. It was pretty terrible. The young man who checked us in gave us a room and our keys, which didn’t work. When my husband went back downstairs to tell him, he said that the keys never work in that room. We don’t understand why they would continue giving it to people when it doesn’t work. Katherine did the check out for us, and she is super friendly and efficient.
The ONLY complaint I could muster up would be that there is not sufficient parking per sections of units. The apartment was huge and very nice. Quiet with nice views overlooking the golf course. You don't even feel like you're in town but you're close enough to everything. Great place!
