Good Place for a nice day at and in the water. Be it with friends or as a family. I was here with my daughter and we Both liked although the time in the water was Limited due to rain and thunder (rule at Quarry if thunder and lighting is in a close distance everyone needs to leave the water until no thunder and lighting appears for 30min) Everyone needs to wear a life jacket (plenty for free available), except you do the short (3-4min swim test ): Jump in water from small rock, swim a couple of feet to pontoon, stay above the water for a minute, swim to the exit (approx. 60 feet max). Food is priced ok and you get voucher with your ticket for 5$. You can bring chairs, but umbrella makes no sense if you stay on the small beach style sand area since sand not deep enough. To use the swim rope you need to be able to do at least one pull up. Look up there awesome FAQ for any other question. Maybe one not clear to me from the FAQ you can also pay via cheque in addition to the standard via cash. All in all a good place, a bit limited in space and a bit pricey especially on the weekend
Very cool experience. Couple things to note- They do in fact check your bags for outside food & drinks. Also the ants are INSANE, they could buy something to treat the ground with since its where everyone has to sit and put their things. Just my opinion but the prices are a bit to high, tickets and food. Yes I understand you pay for the experience but Wet N Wild is $10 more and its an actual water park you can stay at from open to close. Here you only get half the day. At the very least I could be allowed to bring my own food. With all that being said I WOULD come back, my biggest reason to not come back is the ants infestation. I couldn’t even relax without being swarmed.
Family had so much fun! A lot of shade, fun for all ages! Overall very comfortable and suited for all activity levels
Beautiful place! Nice people, great for family time and being outside in nature. Love the rope swing and the water was warm. Only downfall I would say is the health of the water. Not sure if they check for contaminants or possible treatment but me and my cousin got a pretty nasty reaction of Swimmers Itch.
This was such a fun experience. The food was exceptionally good. I kid you not, the best hamburger that I have ever tasted and strawberry frozen drinks were delicious. The atmosphere is family and kid friendly and non-smoking. They provide life jackets free of charge but I recommend bringing your own. We reserved a table in advance and I believe that we got the best table under shelter there. I suggest that you reserve your visit in advance in order to get $5 off meals for each ticket and to go ahead and reserve a table. My only concern was that we had to leave early because the bathrooms were not clean and I had to go really bad.
