First off, the good.... The coaches here are really nice. We've had some mild personality clashes with kids & coach but that happens. The kids have liked all the coaches they've seen. The place is very clean, they clearly take pride in making sure it's sanitary and safe place for the kids. I also want to make clear that, given the next part of my review, it's probably going to sound like my kids haven't learned anything and that's not true. We were at a friend's house and one of my boys jumped into the deep end not realizing he was past the drop off. He went down and came back up screaming for help..... But he didn't sink. He was scared, but he was kicking and floating and able to keep his head above water till I got to him, even getting back to the side with very little help. That's a huge improvement for an autistic kid who's been terrified of water his whole life. The frustration.... My older kids did group lessons at a different place a few years ago and we're swimming in a week and passed to swim in the deep end in 3 weeks. We've been coming here since April, first twice a week and then dropped down to once. My kids coaches have been switched multiple times and while we've liked the coaches, there is absolutely no continuity to the advancement. One coach would pass them on something one week and the next week their percentage would go back down. We have at least 6 makeup lessons for each kid and I have not canceled one lesson. I get it, things happen, but we already had to drop down to one lesson a week because it was just too much with everything else we've got going on. I was called a couple days ago because my debit card declined.... Called back the next day to explain the card has been canceled by my bank again for fraudulent charges (not from the pool, it's an identity theft issue that's been ongoing) and they're sending me a new one, but also said that I don't particularly feel like continuing to pay monthly when we have multiple catch up lessons (and the last 2 times I've scheduled a makeup lesson they've been canceled too) and no real signs of passing which is making none of my kids want to continue coming. I was at work and asked if we could talk about it at their lesson next week, whoever I was talking to said that was fine. Now today I'm stuck in the hospital and tried to check the app and I'm locked out of the app and can't reschedule or see how many makeup lessons they have, so..... Haven't called back yet because of the hospital and just not feeling up to dealing with anything else, but I do hope they're not expecting me to just not get those lessons I paid for or a refund for them. My Dr's kid goes here as well and she expressed the same frustration with the back and forth on the weekly progress thing and I see by the reviews it's not just us. I really do like the coaches here and I hope we'll be able to work this out, but I also hope they can see how frustrating this is to pay hundreds of dollars a month and constantly having to reschedule and having kids end up so discouraged they don't want to go because one person tells them they're doing great and definitely going to pass next week and the next week they're told it's not good enough to pass a level yet.

Solid program. My child has achieved the swimming goals I set when I enrolled him. I have positive feedback for all the coaches we've had. Staff are friendly. I often see staff cleaning up the high traffic areas. Entrance is spacious and welcoming. It's great they have snacks and supplies available for reasonably priced purchase. App is easy to use to cancel or reschedule classes. Things to improve...if customer or Aqua Tots cancels a class, a make up lesson is issued. Which sounds reasonable...but then you quickly end up with more make up lessons than you can manage to use. If you come 3x a week, with the pool closure over the holidays, you now have to figure out how to go to swim lessons 4-5 days a week for a month. And that's not often reasonable. Even our 1 day a week, we currently have 4 make up lessona...if we had time to come more often, we'd already be coming. And class times that work for customers are not always available. I think Aqua Tots should issue make up classes if customer cancels. And they should issue choice of make up classes OR Refund (gasp! $$$) if Aqua Tots cancels. They'd probably get a lot fewer customer grumbles...especially after the holiday closures.

My 2 yo Grandson has been here since 4 mo's old! He's extremely comfortable in water and the instructors are amazing with him! His primary instructor is Elizabeth however, he recently did an additional class with a brand new instructor, Lorelai, and she was VERY well prepared to conduct the class. Do not hesitate to sign your child up for lessons!

Coaches marisha, Corey, and Lucas are phenomenal! Phenomenal! Are so thankful for them on our swim journey. We have made so much progress in such a short amount of time, conquering things I thought may be impossible for me as a single mom to teach a sensory sensitive child. Aqua tots is a phenomenal and wonderful swim school, both locations are great. I have been to both, I love the lee highway location because there are always beautiful sunsets when we come during the winter, and that adds to the beauty and comfort that this establishment brings. Throughout the time we've been with aqua tots swim school, we have felt loved and comfort only and have never felt charged. They have worked with us and things have gone wrong on both sides. They have always remedied situations and been extremely gentle and kind. I could go on and on about them and how much they mean to our family.

They make Us feel at Home The Instructors are AMAZING teaching my Rowdy Boy, They are Kind ,Pacient ,moral and get down to business! The Progress is quick. What a Great investment of Saftey, for my greatest Treasure! We are looking forward to Saftey Week, and the Future Fun to come
