This is not just a gym but a community. Accountability is key to consistency and here everyone is cheering you on. Amazing amenities, phenomenal staff and the classes are the best in the area. 100% my only gym

At first I was excited to come to this gym with a friend who could not stop talking about it. They are currently remodeling which is great! However. I will not be back after seeing that they do not enforce a clean environment in the saunas. I did not see any posted rules within the locker room. Women having their nasty outside shoes on the sauna bench 🤢. One was even blaring metal music in the sauna. Absolutely disgusting. Do better please.

Been going six months and Fitness Central has become home in that time. Nicest gym ever, amazing people there, and such a welcoming atmosphere.

Want to join the best fitness club around?? Fitness Central has it all!! Come check it out!! Star class instructors with a variety of classes like yoga/dance/power flex/spin /boxing and water aerobics with weights (and superb nautilus equipment. Coming soon pickleball courts ! Did I mention that not only is our pool opened year round ,it is also heated!! Also first class daycare offered too!! Oh and forgot to mention COOKOUTS! The club has been totally redone with owners from Chattanooga who care about their members!! Let’s go and get fit here!!

The amount of work that has been put in to this place, since the new ownership has taken over, is incredible to say the least. The new entry way has a very welcoming feel to it. The renovation that has been done puts Fitness Central in a league of their own. The pool area has had a ton of work done to it as well and it shows. Plenty of room and chairs for however many friends and family members you would like to bring. Fantastic job on the changes from the top down!
