What are people saying (AI review summary)? Reviews for the water park are mixed. Positive feedback highlights the good water temperature, spaciousness, ample seating, multiple play areas, and general suitability for kids, with some calling it clean and a great summer destination. However, several negative experiences were reported. Common complaints include unpleasant teenage staff, inconsistent enforcement of rules (especially regarding personal floaties), inaccurate website information about facility closures (leading to unexpectedly closed play areas and crowded main pools), concerns about dirty and foul-smelling pool water, dirty bathrooms, and overpriced food. There were also suggestions for lower pricing for toddlers and clearer policies on flotation devices for infants.

I've taken my kids to this water park and I love it because the water is at a good temperature. I've been going for 9 years. I went several times in June, but on June 26th, I ended up annoyed and disappointed. Now the staff are unpleasant teenagers. They thought everything was bad, even things that weren't bad seemed bad. I asked to speak to their supervisor. I will no longer recommend this place after a bad experience.
Great place to take the kids in the summer. Very nice and clean. Only thing I wish toddlers had lower pricing as they can’t do as much as adults. But overall it’s worth a visit!
Our recent visit to the Water Park was a bit disappointing. The website mentioned that the Splash Pad and Drop Bucket were temporarily closed, but when we arrived, the entire play area was shut down. This meant that instead of enjoying the water park as planned, our kids only had access to the main pool, which was very crowded. Another issue was the pool water itself — it didn’t feel clean and had an unpleasant swamp-like smell that made the experience less enjoyable. Not sure if we’ll be coming back.
I find it funny how it took them about an hour and half that we've been there to say something about the floaties we brought. I dont come here often but even last time I went they didnt even say anything about it. They saw me blow it up and put it on my son. They watched my son swim in it. Its the only place that doesn't allow floats. Nothing allowed for infants either, by the way. But like floating jackets are allowed? Thats a floating device. I saw so many people with their own floatijg device but we cant have ours? Okay. Food is overpriced so I didnt even bother buying. Bathroom is dirty. I gave it another chance. Not going back again, not worth it.
This is a fantastic pool!! Plenty of space, plenty of chairs, large pool, multiple places for kids to play, and we aren't losing a bunch of time with "breaks".
