What are people saying (AI review summary)? Reviews for this facility are mixed. Positive aspects include a nice location, clean and warm water, covered areas in the pool, gradual shallow ends, and the allowance for single seats in the less deep parts. Some found the slides enjoyable, the price reasonable (especially with resident discounts), and generally fun for kids and partially relaxing for adults. However, significant drawbacks were also noted, such as a lack of floating devices for slides, a rough pool floor requiring water shoes, and strict rules (no tube floats, water toys, or tents). Several reviewers found it overcrowded, suggested a need for more lifeguards, and deemed it overpriced for very young children. A particularly severe negative experience detailed a lifeguard-induced injury due to negligence, followed by an unhelpful staff response, refusal to identify the employee, and an initial refusal of a refund by management, leading to strong warnings about safety and customer service.

Nice location, I do enjoy that they allow the single seats to be placed in the not so deep part of the pool. When it comes to the slides. They're enjoyable, unfortunately there's not enough floating devices to go around. The price is reasonable. Over all fun for kids and partially relaxing for adults.
Just perfect for our grandchildren! I love the covered areas in the water, the gradual shallows and the overall cleanliness of this pool! We brought our own snacks and waters. The only thing to be warned about is the rough texture of the pool’s floor. I understand it is to discourage slipping, but we all wear water shoes there now. Fun for kids & adults!
They have a lot of strict rules. No tube floats. No water toys. No tents . It’s over priced for a 2 year old. They need to have parts sectioned off, as it is crowded & all ages are in the pool. They need more life guards . We will not return.
never going here again, i literally got kicked in the spine from a lifeguard coming down the slide because the lifeguard who is supposed to make sure you made it to the end was not doing his job and it resulted in him kicking me in my spine at full force. and when we went to another lifeguard, she refused to tell us who the name of the guy at the top, the manager refused to give me a refund, and only made an incident report after she realized that i was actually in severe pain. do not go to this park, they do not care for your safety, and they do not give you refunds after their own employees injure you due to their negligent behavior. fire Ryan and fire that little white girl who was trying to defend her friend from getting fired.
