Worst place to host the event strongly not recommend and the air conditioning don’t work at all so please don’t waste your money 👎🏻

Lived here and was harassed by the trustee Chester Pojack. Literally a horrible bitter nosey man that calls code enforcement and police numerous times when your doing nothing wrong, just simple lawn work on your house. The officers even laughed but he continues to keep calling because he cant have it his way. He thinks he's some kind of big shot when hes just an old clown. Would not recommend at all.

They answer the phone maybe 1 out of 10 phone calls, and when they do there's this really annoying echo. I've never used their pool and don't intend to and yet I have to pay them $85 every two months..and best part...i have to pay them via writing a check and leaving it in a drop box like it's 1960. (Never had to write a check before even while owning two cars and a house) They don't take cash, tranfer, credit or debit. Good luck to Millenials and younger peeps.
