Worst supervisor ever! The lady Jessica is so rude has no manners how to speak with customers! She should learn and manager should take an action. I confirmed with the staff if i can come early to drop off stuff but once i got there she fought with me even after asking her politely that i can take the stuff back and bring later she kept saying rude stuff and didnt change her tone. It was her fault whose staff told me i can come in early not mine. She didnt bother and said i dont care what my team said i wont allow u to enter the room not even a minute earlier than the party . She could have said this in a better way but she kept being rude. Will never host any event there

Nice pool. The life guards are high school kids and they have no people skills. Very Rude to handicap elderly people 1 female life guard acting like a child and talking about the elderly person to other workers who also harassed this person. These kids need to learn respect. Also said female life guard needs to wear a bathing suit that fits and doesn't ride up her private areas not good young kids are present and just not professional. I won't be going back. Especially since they can't seem to keep wood chips out of the pool.
