Not a good experience. Anywhere where it’s this hard to cancel says something. They don’t move your kid up a level unless you push. Price is high for 10 minutes of personal instruction a week. They make it very difficult to cancel and then still charged me and I had to deal with them to just get the charge reversed.

Highly recommend. Clean facility, friendly staff and most importantly fun and effective swim lessons. The owner Christine stepped up to facilitate lessons for a child in a stressful situation, and it's been life changing. She absolutely loves her weekly lessons and is swimming like a pro. My own kids also love Goldfish. They excel at making learning to swim fun for kids from all backgrounds and learning styles.

I highly recommend Goldfish Elmhurst. All our instructors made swim lessons fun and engaging. My son literally cheers when it’s time for his swim lesson! My kids progressed very quickly and are strong swimmers now. Christine, the manager, was so responsive and made sure we were happy.

I started going here back when my daughter was 9 months old. It was a great experience to swim with her, and during covid it was so hard to find a safe activity to do with her. Fast forward my daughter is now 4. She has learned so much from the staff here. Christine the manager is so great and attentive. My daughter had to take a break due to ear problems and Christine never stopped keeping in touch and let us transition back slowly. My daughter loves the sister trio. They are all amazing young woman who enjoy their students and seeing them grow. Mrs. Janice helped motivate my daughter to advance after being stuck a year in one level. I highly recommend this place. Lots of activities all year round and family swim is great especially during cold or rainy days !
