EDIT: I spoke with management about my multiple concerns. They took the time to listen and did their best to remedy what they could. It was appreciated. The pool used to be really fun for kids, however, they've raised their prices and the high dive has been out of commission for over 6 months. Apparently it won't be running again until February. If one of the main attractions of your pool is not available to anyone, it's not really great to have higher prices because it's no longer worth a visit. In addition, the cafe closed early with no notice and the vending machines are broken and took our money without dispensing snacks, so now I'm not able to get food for four hungry teenagers . After years of enjoying our visits here, I am incredibly disappointed. Not sure I will be coming back.

I joined this gym hot to use steam room for 3 days now it's been down for 2 weeks. One of main reasons I pay more for this gym than planet is because of steamroom for recovery, and of course this is a common problem with this gym is hot tub and steamroom always down. I've been at this gym on and off ten years and its always broken. They also got rid of towel service which is a let down.

This review is only for the weight room. The gym had a lot of nice equipment, benches, power racks, and treadmills. Dave was very nice and the Centre was the first gym I went to in Illinois. I went back to Anytime Fitness, I liked the key card and the showers aren't for the community.

My husband had his locked locker broken into-- keys, license and clothing stolen. Half hour later, the thief was knocking on my door. Had to change the locks on the house and car. No one is at the front desk, anyone can get into the locker room. There is no security, and no follow up. This has always been a problem there. Update---After the remodel and security officers in place, we don't worry about theft anymore.
