Unfortunately, our experience at this public pool was extremely disappointing. I would give it zero stars if that were possible. The lifeguards, all very young, were constantly blowing their whistles for the smallest things, creating a tense and unwelcoming atmosphere. They came across as rude and unprofessional, more focused on enforcing excessive rules than ensuring a positive experience. Children under 13 are required to have a parent within arm’s reach at all times—even in shallow areas—which makes it nearly impossible to let kids enjoy any freedom. On top of that, no pool toys are allowed, which really took away from the fun for our kids. There’s also a strict no-snacking policy at your chair, which is frustrating, especially with young children on a hot day. To make matters worse, there was barely any seating available on a busy Friday evening. The pool was crowded, but clearly not equipped to handle the number of visitors. Overall, this visit felt more like being at a boot camp than a community pool. Definitely not a place we’ll be returning to.
It’s a nice aquatic center. It’s not a water park. I enjoyed how clean it was. Very nice music playing it had me in a different world. So amazing! The park is clean. Lots of life guards that are very strict and safe. They blow their whistle for a lot of things. They even saved a young girl from drowning. (Much love, respect, and gratitude for that). I drove a little over an hour to get here. This was such an adventure and a lovely road trip and experience that is memorable enough to go in the books. I would not make a special trip to come back here so that can let you know the true authenticity behind this review. Wholeness and Infinite Love always!
We got pool passes this summer but will never again. Most pools allow food and being told no outside food is soo disappointing. I wasted money on some stale nachos and easy mac. It’s just not worth the money. They are also extremely strict. My daughter can’t go on one slide because she is apparently too tall but it is right at the front and no where does it say that you have to be under a certain heights. It also depends on which lifeguards are on duty whether or not it’s enforced. I was excited to have pool passes for a summer but it was extremely disappointing. we
Nice pool. I would say it's probably most ideal for young kids and families with kids on the younger side. There are no huge platforms, but they have a handful of "not scary" slides.
This place is okay. I bought five tickets at the gate, walked through the locker rooms, went to go place our bag on chairs and then they closed the pool because they claim to have heard thunder. We never even stepped a toe in the water. When I questioned it, I was told that they don't do weather related refunds. That got me really upset because I just spent $60 to walk through a locker room and turn around and go back to wait it out in my car with four kids. Luckily they opened the pool 30 minutes later and we were able to go in, but what if they hadn't? If we had been in there swimming and using the facilities and then got called out because of weather that's one thing but that's not what happened. This policy really does need to be reconsidered. There was also a whole bunch of sand in the pool for some reason on this particular day and I looked around and didn't see a sandpit anywhere. There were two lifeguards standing nearby so I asked what's with the sand and they both kind of chuckled but wouldn't answer me. I even asked, "can you not tell me?" and they were like, "no". Oooooookay. The four kids I had with me had fun on the slides.
