What are people saying (AI review summary)? Reviews for this facility are mixed, with several positive aspects alongside significant criticisms. Patrons appreciate the family-friendly atmosphere, suitable for various age groups, with features like slides, water sprays, a hot tub, and attentive lifeguards. The cleanliness of bathrooms and changing areas is also noted positively, and some find it a good value for money. However, major concerns include a severe hygiene incident involving human waste in a changing room and a perceived lack of appropriate staff response. There are also strong criticisms regarding private swim lessons for children with developmental delays, where parents felt staff were unsupportive, lacked effective teaching methods for their child's needs, and demonstrated an exclusive attitude towards neurotypical children. Additionally, poor customer service and misinformation regarding operating hours and prices have led to frustrating experiences for visitors, causing wasted travel and disappointment.

Absolutely disgusted! Someone's kid clearly had diarrhea and they had a full diaper. Needless to say they got feces all over the family changing room floor and the staff didn't even bother to call a fecal emergency since there was no way to wipe the kids bum! I'm beyond disgusted. Never going back again. Whoevers kid that was they need a dr!

Incredibly disappointed with the private swim lessons for children. We were told to enroll our child in the private lessons after doing the parent tot class. The instructor for the private lesson was an incredibly nice but timid young man who didn’t feel confident enough to lead our child so the lessons consisted of the instructor following our child around the pool. We informed the staff and the instructor that our child has a speech and developmental delay, and needs more firm instruction but no one listened. At the last swim lesson we were instructed by the director to take him to open swim ourselves or enroll him in the parent tot class which he isn’t eligible to do because of his age. We understand our child isn’t neurotypical but it was incredibly upsetting to have it made clear that they didn’t want him coming back for private lessons and it seems they are only able to teach neurotypical children. Our child isn’t a difficult child but does need more guidance. The instructors are nice but as parents it is heartbreaking to witness this attitude towards our child. We are just thankful our child doesn’t understand the situation.

Great little play area. Has a slide for little ones and a big kid slide. Cool water features that spray out water. Clean bathrooms and changing areas. Also has lockers but you need to bring your own lock. Plenty of lifeguards around who are attentive and alert. Could use more seats, they fill up fast when busy. Has a decent sized hot tub/Jacuzzi. Kids play area goes from zero to three feet six inches i beleive. On the opposite side of the kids area is a diving board and a 4-5 foot deep area. We spent about 4 hours here playing. Worth the money in my opinion.

I had called and spoke to an employee here at this place of business yesterday evening. While chatting with the employee, I had asked to confirm when the pool area for open swim will be available, as well as how much the price for non-residents are. Said employee told me that open swim is open all day and then prices were given. My family and I drove over an hour to this horrible disappointing business just to be told to turn around and leave. So glad that not only will my funds not be provided to this place of business but, that memories my family and I will be making will NOT be including this poor excuse please of said business.
