We truly enjoy coming here and our go to guy is Rob! He knows everything and with his knowledge helps us make our final decision without any regrets. He's not there to make you buy everything or over spend. He's there to genuinely help you. We purchased our above ground pool with 100% satisfaction with everything including equipment provided etc, patio umbrella and going on to a pool table for our basement. We are looking at outdoor furniture as well and love their many options and the fact you can sit on it to feel if it suits you and is the comfort is to your liking. There are some things I purchase online but when it comes to furniture, I need to make sure there's comfort before it even gets delivered to my house. It's just something I don't want to deal with returning if I'm not satisfied. Overall, Great place and everything is top notch. Please ask for Rob. He's very knowledgeable.

I ordered replacement cushions for a patio set I originally purchased here. My salesperson was very personable. Jewel was her name. She assured me 6-8 week delivery. I asked when ordering if they ever arrive in 6 weeks. She said ‘ Sometimes but we always say 6-8 just in case “. We’ll fast forward. I was still waiting at 11 weeks. Having a party where I was hoping to have the new. I sent an email inquiry and also a phone when I was at the 9’week mark. These were pretty muxh ignored. I then inquired about the possibility of replacement loaners as I knew my set was on the floor at the store. She then replied to my original email basically saying she would reach out to find out where the cushions were. Without detailing all of our communication. Suffice it to say-! I did NOT get my cushions until 12 weeks and was very disappointed in the customer service received. As a former customer service professional, this did not leave me with a good feeling. I advise all to think twice before shopping here. Why can’t people just be honest and do their jobs??? I am often wondering this.

My wife an I have been shopping here for about 5 years and each time we go in, we always feel good, in the sense that there's always a familiar face (Rob!) to greet us AND there's something new we want to poke at. And then we tend to struggle with some sort of ranking of what we want next as we normally see a lot we want. We have purchased a good variety and haven't had any permanent issues. The massage chair is great and we still use it (and it hasn't broken down on us in 3 years). We also got a Sauna about 4 years ago and I still love it and no problems. The patio table still looks new, but it's only a couple of years old. The bar in the basement still looks great and we use that for get togethers. And now I'm realizing how much we've shopped there and I'll just stop here. Anyways, love this place, both the people/service AND their variety and great products (sorry, just don't know how else to speak to everything they have).

Chris at Great Escape Aurora is AWESOME!!! My wife and I spent considerable time with Chris and found the perfect set for our new home. Because our situation was not streight forward due to building out of state he went above and beyond. He took the time to research the size and weight of each item to provide our moving company. Unfortunately,...we canceled the order due to mover issues. BUT,...Chris is the guy to go to if you want 10 star treatment on a 5 star scale!!

Get a pool they said… It will be fun they said… I always get a little concerned about my water and my chemical levels but I’ve gotta say I have the best crew over at the Great Escape in Aurora! Everyone is always kind & welcoming as soon as we step in the door and super patient with all our questions. All of my water worries are quickly addressed by Rob and/or Chris, I cannot express how grateful and appreciative I am to know they’re a phone call, email or visit to the store away. Chris is super patient and helps calm my water worries & makes sure I have exactly what I need to keep my water, crystal clear and perfectly balanced. I’ll never forget, Rob mentioning we’d become friends if we bought a pool and we certainly have… It’s kind of cool when you walk in the store and they remember you, not because you’re there all the time (it’s a summertime thing!) but because it’s almost like you become part of the family.
