Well maintained and great staff, but the concessions (like everywhere) are kind of overpriced. You can bring your own stuff an eat it in the concession area. There's a drop side, small corkscrew kiddie slide big 4 foot pool, 7 inch (pee) pool...a 4 foot lap pool connected to a 12 foot diving board area.

Paid to belong nut came back from out of town and found the pool closed. Nothing posted on door. No info on website which says it is open. No one answers the phone. No recording on the phone to give information. The Village was not informed and the recreation department was not informed. The term service club seems out of sorts with communications. Will continue to follow gossip as needed till I find out.

So my town doesn’t have a public pool to go to so I decided to call this community pool & when I spoke to a lady on the phone I specifically asked the pool was open to the public & the lady proceeded to say yes we are & I also asked how much it was for a non resident since I wasn’t a resident to western springs & she told me she did not know that I can find that out online so when I got there the front desk girl was asking if I had a membership I told her no I didn’t I was a non resident & I told her I spoke with a lady over the phone who told me the pool was open to the public the lady who I spoke to was standing next to her stepped in & said yeah I talked to you on the phone & she proceeded to say I thought you asked if you were open I told her no I asked if you were open to the public… the lady didn’t even apologize because I drove 20 mins out my way to come to this pool & the lady who looked like the manager can’t even take a simple phone call & communicate the proper info about the pool don’t recommend this place for non residents!!

Very cool (pun intended) place to enjoy the summer months. 3 different pools for various age groups, so everyone can be comfortable. Seating and cabanas on the side for those who need a break from the slides and diving boards.
