Love love love! My son has been going almost a year and has learned so much and is acquiring lasting skills. He is comfortable and confident in the water. Is learning how to be safe in the water how to follow directions and has a ton of fun watching the other children in class. Coach Sophie has been the best, so patient and knowledgeable while helping him come out of his shell a bit around new people. He is always so excited to see her, the whole staff is wonderful. My favorite part is being able to reschedule a class when you need to babies are unpredictable and being assured we can reschedule is a huge plus for our family. So excited to watch him progress with evey passing class! Thanks for being awesome Aqua Tots Rockwall...especially Coach Sophie

I highly recommend Aqua-Tots !. The instructor, Coach Kaylee is patient, professional, and genuinely passionate about teaching children how to swim. They know how to build confidence and make learning fun, even for the most hesitant little ones. My toddler went from being terrified of water to confidently kicking, floating, and enjoying the pool in just a few weeks. The progress has been incredible. The facility has a warm, kid-friendly pool and a welcoming atmosphere that puts both kids and parents at ease.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We’ve had such a great experience at Aqua-Tots! In just two months, my daughter went from being afraid to even go under water to doing cannon balls with total confidence. The entire staff is so kind, welcoming, and truly engaged with the kids — you can tell they genuinely care. A special thank you to Coach Charlotte! Her patience, energy, and encouragement have made such a huge impact. She’s amazing at building trust with the kids while keeping the lessons fun and effective. We’re so grateful for her and the whole Aqua-Tots team!

Coach Aspen is the best! She is so gentle and kind with the littles and always makes sure to give them extra high fives. Because of her welcoming personality my kiddo is happy during class and becoming a very confident little swimmer. He is doing great on his submergence and coming to the surface on his own in just a few classes.He looks forward to classes with "coach" and shows me swim on our living room floor. I highly recommend Aqua tots and their wonderful staff!

I’m really disappointed with both the swim school and the swim coach. The swim school seems disorganized and poor communication. We had trouble getting any updates on my child’s progress or even when coach for classes were changed. The coach, unfortunately, didn’t seem to have the teaching skills needed. My child came home upset after every session, feeling more frustrated than motivated. There was a lack of positive reinforcement, which is crucial for building confidence in young swimmers. I was hoping for a supportive environment, but it was far from that. It’s clear that their priority is collecting fees, not the progress or well-being of the students. My child has been stuck at the same level for over a year with little to no feedback or improvement plan. The coach shows no genuine interest in teaching — it feels like they just go through the motions to keep students enrolled as long as possible. Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this swim school to any parent who values progress, transparency, or basic customer service. Save your time and money — look elsewhere for a swim school that actually cares about kids and their development.
