First time visiting Lynn Creek Park. Although with other good reviews, this park was unfortunately a big disappointment. Trash all over the grounds, huge ant piles everywhere, closed bathrooms, worn down picnic tables. We got there around noon and it was fine up until a huge crowd of people came blaring their music from there parking lot to where they stood further into the park. I had high hopes for this place from the other reviews however I will not be taking my kids back to this park.

Perfect spot to relax and celebrate with friends and family. You do have to get here pretty early to get a good spot on the beach. We arrived around 8:30 and the ones closest to the parking were already taken but there were still a lot available. We did have to bring our own grill but the locations on the grassy areas had their own grill and there were plenty of them. Staff are really nice and helpful and they helped us bring a big canopy to the beach with their trailer. Overall really nice lake!

A little expensive to enter of your not a resident of Grand Prairie. $20 is a lot for a park. However, it was nice and the events make it worth while.

No time better than now a-days for such beautiful place in Joe Creek Park lake with pretty good weather, barbecue, swimming, and kids play ground, jet sky and boat that you can rent and overall positive vibes around you. We had a very good day in lynn creek park and it will be one of our pin đź“Ť park.
