What are people saying (AI review summary)? Reviews present a mixed picture of the community. Positives include a general love for the neighborhood, respectful neighbors, cleanliness, and enjoyable amenities such as a well-regarded pool with a lazy river, game room, and small gym. However, significant downsides overshadow these points. The most pressing issue is severe traffic congestion, particularly during morning and evening commutes, with residents reporting delays of 40 minutes just to exit the neighborhood and commutes stretching to over an hour or even 2.5 hours with accidents. Concerns are heightened by anticipated future developments expected to worsen traffic. Another major point of contention is the Homeowners Association (HOA), described as incompetent and a "scam." Complaints include high and rising HOA fees, a lack of resident voice, and abysmal management of community events where a large budget fails to provide adequate supplies (food, crafts, popcorn) for even a small fraction of the residents, leading to widespread dissatisfaction and calls for leadership change.

I actually love this neighborhood and all of the amenities that go along with it. Neighbors are respectful and everything is clean and well kept. my biggest complaint is the morning and evening, the traffic is unbearable. it takes about 40 minutes to get out of the neighborhood to turn onto Lucas Road. a 20 minute commute takes over an hour every morning. The roads can’t handle the amount of people. There is apparently going to be another apartment building and new build neighborhood going next to the dollar general. I can’t imagine this traffic being worse, but it will be. It is the only reason that I will be moving out of this neighborhood.

What Bridgewater community is this???! Definitely not this one. We pay HOA with no amenities or voice in what goes on, or not. I guess I oul drive the hour and 20 minutes to find out

Please Rethink Before Moving Here HOA fees- high at $625 last year, and it was $550, so I'm sure it will be going up. Additionally, traffic is a significant issue, especially when there’s an accident. It often takes me up to 2.5 hours to get home, which can be incredibly frustrating. Be sure to consider these factors before making a decision to move here.

It's appalling that our HOA receives a $75,000 budget for community events, yet consistently fails to provide adequate resources. At the Christmas event, supplies were only available for the first 100 attendees, we have 1,600 homes. During summer events, hotdogs and burgers ran out within 20 minutes of a 2-hour event. The movie night at the lawn was equally disappointing, with popcorn depleted before the movie started and insufficient quantities for all attendees. The HOA's incompetence is staggering, and it's clear that a change in leadership is necessary. If there was a choice for zero stars they would deserve it. PMP management is an absolute scam.
