Award-winning 63-acre park featuring a playground set aside for older kids, as well as trails, a splash pad, a fishing pond, fields and a community garden.
Frisco Commons Park does not feature a traditional swimming pool with maintained temperatures. Instead, it offers a seasonal spray park (splash pad) for water play. The water in the spray park is not temperature-controlled and typically reflects the ambient temperature, therefore, specific pool temperatures are not available.

It's very spacious and facilities are Well-maintained. Nearby, they also have community garden, harvest, kids' play zone, amphitheater, and veterans memorial. Frisco Commons Park has everything you want from a park. Starting with the playground which has two sides, one side is for children 2-5 years old (TOT LOT) and the other side for children 5-12 years old (BIG KID LOT). This playground includes slides, swings, seesaw, rock climbing, and puzzles. They also got a Duet Outdoor Instrument which is pretty cool since I have never seen one anywhere else. They got some shaded areas too, like the veterans memorial, spacious pavilion, and some picnic tables. This is real good for like birthday parties, mini events, and hangouts if you plan on doing something for the family. Now the trails, it does not matter if you go in the morning or evening, it has always been a peaceful and great place to go walking, along with you getting some nice views. Hm: bathrooms, splash pad, benches along the trail, pond, fishing, community garden, an ice cream truck every now and then, parking.
Frisco Commons Park is such a peaceful and beautiful spot! The park is always clean and well-maintained, making it a pleasure to visit. It’s a great place for a relaxing walk on the trails, fishing by the pond, or letting the kids enjoy the playground. Whether you’re looking for some quiet time in nature or a family-friendly outing, this park has it all.
The park is very spacious and includes a dedicated kids’ area with a slide, swings, and various other play options, which is great for families. It’s also an excellent spot for pedestrians, with plenty of space for walking. One unique feature is their “Harvest” program, where you can lease a garden bed and grow your own plants—such a cool and interesting initiative!
There are plenty of shaded tables and seats, restrooms are nearby, and it's fairly clean. This isn't the fanciest/best splash pad, but it gets the job done. It's also small enough to where you can see the kids no matter where they're at.
