Absolutely top notch. Would definitely stay again. Highly recommend. My daughter (5) and I stayed here before a little American Girl mother/daughter date. The Drey staff were aware and went above and beyond to pamper my girlie and make her feel special. Liked all staff interactions. Location is great - trendy but not too much for a little girl to enjoy. There is room service, though I wish there were more options with it. We loved the valet (but be advised it's spendy). Overall 5 stars and we'll likely be back!

We have stayed in the Drey hotel a few times before and it is always a wonderful stay. But this time we spent a week in one of the Drey Hotel's Live Oak Lofts and that was fabulous! It is 2 story with floor-to-ceiling windows all around, truly beautiful. Modern, clean, fully furnished, and all the amenities we needed for a family of 4...full kitchen, breakfast table, 2 full bathrooms, full-sized washer & dryer, free parking, access to the pool, gym, & pickleball. And housekeeping! The staff at the Drey are so lovely and helpful. And we loved just being a part of The Village community for a week, great places to eat just steps away. Highly recommend!

We stayed at The Drey Hotel for my husband’s birthday and had a wonderful time. We stayed in the loft, which was spacious, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. The staff was welcoming and made the stay feel special. Everything about our visit was great, and we would definitely stay here again!

We stayed in the larger loft apartment at Drey Lofts. Check in was at The Drey Hotel. It was easy and the front desk team was very friendly and efficient. We arrived right before the social hour and enjoyed complimentary wine and got to view the lovely sitting and bar areas. The loft was immaculately clean and spacious, with floor to ceiling windows and a balcony overlooking the putting area. It has a fully equipped kitchen, two full bathrooms -one downstairs near the living area, and one upstairs with a huge walk-in shower. The bed was very comfortable, as were the couches and chairs. There was convenient 30 minute parking in front of the loft to load and unload bags and the parking garage was nearby and easy to access. It was very quiet and we did not hear other guests. The loft was right next to The Sandy Pickle and it was fun to watch people play. We didn't have an opportunity to enjoy the pool, eat at the various restaurants, or shop at the cute stores in the complex on this visit but drove around and checked out the area. 10/10 on this stay for us and we 100% recommend this property. If we return to Dallas, we would definitely stay at The Drey Hotel or Lofts. One thing to note for guests that are mobility challenged is that the loft has a flight of stairs to get up to it (the lofts are over a shop), and another flight of stairs to get up to the second floor bedroom. We didn't mind the stairs but it took several trips to get everything up to and out of the room.

This was my second time staying at the Drey Hotel because I was so impressed with my first visit! I’m always a little worried that if you have a good experience once then the next time you’re always comparing things and sometimes they just don’t measure up but this is simply not the case! Drey, you outdid yourself and you should be proud of what you’re doing here! Dallas hotels need to sit up and take notice because Drey is the footprint for how to run a hotel!! We stayed in one of the lofts and if I’m being honest, this is more suitable for an extended stay instead of an overnighter like we did but I’m definitely not complaining! By far, the nicest place we’ve ever had the opportunity to lie our heads down in! SUPER spacious! Everything sleek, modern and comfortable! Bed was AMAZING!! My wife always has trouble sleeping in hotel beds but I actually had to wake her up the next morning! When you talk with the valet and he tells you with a big smile on his face that he really enjoys working there that should say something! Whatever they do here at Drey they’re doing it right!! Special thanks to Shanell for a flawless check in experience and being there when we left with the nicest personality and warm smile!!!
