Clean public pool with a climbing wall and a diving board, plus slides for youngsters.

What are people saying (AI review summary)? The water park elicits mixed reviews from visitors. Many laud its fun atmosphere, cleanliness, crystal-clear water, and well-maintained facilities, often praising specific staff members like Jasmine for their accommodation and helpfulness. Families appreciate the dedicated kids' areas, and lap swimmers value the marked lanes and enforced etiquette. The $6 per person entry fee is considered a good value by some. However, significant negative feedback includes reports of extremely rude and insulting staff, unhelpful management, and very long wait times to enter. Major concerns about hygiene are raised, with mentions of unsanitary pool conditions (e.g., people using pools as restrooms, floating tampons) and disgusting restrooms where inappropriate activities reportedly occurred. Some reviewers also note that lifeguards, while often described as alert, can be very young, overly whistle-happy, inattentive, or inconsistent in rule enforcement regarding items like goggles. The pricing, while deemed reasonable by some, is a point of contention for others, particularly the full price for young children, and there were instances of concession stands being sold out.

Love this water park! Jasmine and the staff is great and very accommodating to us every time we come. My kids love coming here and we always have a blast!
Went there to have a nice day with family. But didn't turn out that way. The staff is very rude an insulting. I can see they hire children to run this place. Mexican liftle lifeguard commented on my sisters weight as she went down the slide. Said something on the line of ' the slides gonna break at the end watch' heard that comment an looked for management. She was no help what so ever. Instead of saying something to the young kid she decided to tell me continue with my day or I can leave. This place isn't what they promote it to be. Cant forget standing in 2 hour line outside just trying to get in. I will never bring my family back here. They allow people to use the restroom in the pools. Very dirty. There was a tampon in the last river that was just floating as people tried to avoid it. Letting someone on duty know about it an telling the guests to take it out themselves. Very disappointed with this place. Never again restrooms are very disgusting as well. My daughter ran out and told me there were people on the floor doing something not at a family friendly place. I do not recommend. These are all things that happen my trips there finally fed up with this place.
We are a German family with 4 kids. We work with Google and other networks to give useful information to the public. In the weeks of summer vacation it's the only opportunity to visit the Dallas aquatics. This spot is real good place but it's also the most expensive. The price is 6$ per person even 2 year olds pay the full price. We payed 36$ for 2 adults and 4 children. There should be lower rates for kids most definitely. The staff is well trained and doing a pretty good job. The concession was sold out, so someone should start managing it. The spot offers 2 big slides, a 3 feet diving board, a climbing wall, a lazy river, a big pool for kids with a depth of 1 foot and a lot of other things to have fun with. All in all it's worth 4 of 5 stars because of the price. Best regards lux. us
The crystal-clear water and well-maintained deck show real pride in ownership. Lap swimmers appreciate the properly marked lanes and enforced etiquette. Families love the separate kiddie area with its gradual entry. The lifeguards stay alert without being overbearing, creating a safe yet relaxed atmosphere.
I do have to say it's hands down the closest and cleanest Aquatic park I've been to in years! At $6/ person is magical. On the downside, most of the lifeguards here seem very young( not my issue) quite a few of them are whistler happy, not paying attending to the area their sitting at and are playful with guests? Told my 6 year old she couldn't wear her goggles that have a nose cover, never have us a reason.
