We loved the variety of climbing structures, but it would be great to see some swings for younger children as well." Clean, large (205 person capacity) pool surrounded by 2 pergolas with tables and chairs underneath, many lounging pool chairs, 3 couches, and grills for renting. There’s also a kiddy pool with a mushroom fountain in the center. Main pool ranges in depths from 1ft 8in-4ft 1in so no diving here. Kiddy pool is 1ft 8in. This pool is accessible to residents only and has a key card access and a sign-in book for all groups. The pool is adjacent to the playground and 2 dog parks.

Very nice pool and pool area around. Had my son's 3rd bday party there today, all our guest enjoyed themselves!

The new pool monitoring company is annoying. Seems like they look for any reason to kick you out and ban you for a month. Beware, if you reserve the kitchen area for four hours, they double book another party and don’t refund you.
