What are people saying (AI review summary)? Reviews for this facility are mixed. Positive feedback frequently highlights engaging and enjoyable experiences for toddlers, particularly in 'tumble bunnies' and 'polywogs swim classes,' with many praising the professional, attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly nature of the coaches and staff, and a family-oriented mindset. Children often leave lessons excited and happy. However, negative feedback points to issues with front desk staff being impolite and unprofessional, and a party coordinator being hostile and unprofessional when issues arose (e.g., insufficient food/drink). Some class content is described as repetitive and more like playtime than structured learning, with inconsistent class sizes due to flexible attendance policies making it difficult for young children to acclimate and find consistency.

Professional, attentive and responsive staff and admin. We've attended classes from tumble bunnies to competitive training and have enjoyed the training our kids received, as well as the bond formed with their coaches. They have a family oriented mind set and always provide professional care. Coaches are friendly, knowledgeable and attentive which made our experience enjoyable!
Attended a party here over the weekend. They did not have any juice for the kids and they did not have the right amount of food for the party. When confronted by the understandably upset mother, the party coordinator was very hostile and unprofessional. I would definitely avoid having any parties here, and honestly I question how the rest of the facility is ran.
Front desk staff are less that polite and certainly not professional. My little one loves her class, but they do the same exact thing every week. More like playtime than an “class”. Allowing people to come and go and stop and start classes at any time causes there to be a different number of kids every week. I find this difficult for young kids to acclimate to as they are trying to get some consistency and to learn discipline. This place was pretty much a circus!
My 2-year-old daughter takes both the "tumble bunnies" and the "polywogs swim class"... all of the staff are awesome, they have been doing a great job dealing with covid concerns, and she loves every minute of it. Highly recommended for toddlers, at least! No experience with older kids, yet.
The children were so excited after the lesson, that couldn't stop talking about it
