My 4 year old has been learning to swim for a couple of months now and has been doing amazing. She has Adam as a coach/instructor and he is amazing with her. I also assess the rest of the staff/coaches/instructors each week and am finding they have a very strong caring team. Even in the rare occasions I see a difficult situation they are placed in such as a crying child, one not listening, or challenging personalities they all seem to work together and professionally to make sure they fix the problem as best as they can. I truly believe the staff are wonderful and they try to work with you the best they can consistently. Thank you all for your hard work keeping our kids safe and teaching them this very important skill! Amazing Job!!!!! Lastly, thank you Adam for your hard work with Arya! I am very blessed that she has you as a coach/instructor!!!!

I can’t say enough great things about Aqua-Tots Swimming School! From the very first class, the instructors have been absolutely amazing with my daughter. They are incredibly patient, kind, and truly know how to connect with kids in a way that makes them feel safe and confident in the water. It’s been such a joy watching her progress and actually look forward to every lesson. Another thing that really stands out is how clean and well-maintained the facility is. From the pool area to the changing rooms, everything is spotless and well-organized, which gives me so much peace of mind as a parent. We’ve had a wonderful experience and highly recommend Aqua-Tots to any family looking for a safe, friendly, and professional environment for their child to learn how to swim! Shoot out to all the amazing instructors: Sindus, Nina, Julie, Autumn and Alex! Last but not least, Courtney, the manager, she truly goes above and beyond to make sure every family feels welcomed and supported. Whether it’s helping with scheduling, answering questions, or just checking in to make sure everything is going well, and that kind of leadership sets the tone for the whole team!

My grandson's confidence has gone through the roof, thanks to Aqua Tots. He looks forward to his lessons every week, and Adam is a wonderful teacher. So glad I chose this place, I highly recommend Aqua Tots!

Update: If you were under the impression that you’d receive extra days in a five-week month, please be aware that this is not the case. I specifically renewed for August because it includes five weeks, but was later informed that due to holiday closures, the additional two days will not be provided—since they are not covered by payment. This was not clearly communicated upfront, and I find it misleading and quite disappointing. We enrolled our 2 kiddos at Aqua-Tots with the hope of seeing steady progress, but unfortunately, our experience has been disappointing. Despite our child picking up skills quickly, the structure of the program seems rigid and overly repetitive. The class often repeats the same basic exercises for weeks, seemingly to accommodate slower learners, without much flexibility for children who are ready to move forward. This can be frustrating, as it feels like there’s no individualized pace or adjustment based on the child’s actual progress. I also encountered unprofessional behavior when I inquired about my child’s development. One of the front desk staff responded with unnecessary attitude and raised their voice, which I found inappropriate. Thankfully, another staff member stepped in and addressed my concerns more respectfully. Another concern is the frequent rotation of coaches. Nearly every session, my child is with a different instructor, which leads to a lack of continuity and makes it difficult to build rapport or ensure consistent progress. I’ve found myself being the one to track my child’s progress and follow up with coaches, rather than the staff proactively communicating with us. Overall, it feels like the priority is keeping the program running rather than genuinely focusing on each child’s development. I hope Aqua-Tots can consider implementing a more personalized approach and improve communication with parents. I’m currently looking for a better swimming school and will move forward as soon as I find it

We’ve been apart of Aqua Tots for almost 4 months now and we absolutely love it! Our daughter loves coming to class and all of the teachers she’s had so far. The staff is amazing, they greet us every time we walk in and talk to us every time we leave. They check in often to make sure classes and our schedule are going well. They’re amazing and very helpful when it comes to needing a make up class or changing your class schedule. The facility is always clean and has everything available you need if you forget to bring anything to swim. They have a big waiting room full of windows so you can watch your children in class. They also have a mobile app with your class schedule, make up classes and child’s daily class reports. Super easy to use! We love Aqua tots and will continue coming here with our daughter and future children. Definitely recommend them to anyone looking for swim classes!
