What are people saying (AI review summary)? This venue is generally highly praised for accommodating all ages, offering diverse pool areas including a well-designed, fenced-off section for young children with graduated depths, slides, and a climbing wall. Lap swimmers appreciate the clear, cool, and clean water in the beautiful long course pool, which also hosts various programs. Amenities include gastronomic services, showers, a giant screen, and a popular snack bar. While it can be crowded, it reportedly manages capacity effectively, and the staff are generally described as friendly. The venue is also noted for offering good value, especially during promotional hours. However, one significant negative experience highlighted poor communication regarding weather-related pool closures and a rigid 'all sales final' policy, leading to customer frustration when payment was taken just prior to a closure without prior warning or a rain check being offered.

Good place for all ages. It has a gastronomic service, showers. Giant screen projection for the enjoyment of the whole area. Several pools according to age. Quite crowded, but with good capacity for everyone.
Visited on Sunday. This the best venue for children 3-8. The area for them is fenced off. Graduated depth with a fun waterfall. the slide is great for 3 year olds and the older kids have fun going down upside down, backwards. The little deeper area is great for underwater games. It wasn't that crowded. The snack bar is awesome. The walking tacos are great and the soft pretzels are good. The staff are friendly. The deeper area has a climbing wall that even my 6 year old granddaughter could do. We will come again.
I really enjoy swimming here. The water is clear, cool, and clean. When I swim laps in Broad Ripple, I’m constantly putting my hands through hair and debris. It was a far drive from downtown but it was worth it. Beautiful long course pool, nice staff, and lots of programs like diving, masters swimming. I wish I’d made the drive sooner!
Pool closes for 30 mins with each seen lightening strike. Nothing showing on my radar for the time we were there. Got there. Paid. Hand full of people working. No one said anything about how a storm was headed our ways and they were keeping an eye on it. Not one policy mentioned. Walked in, just put our things down, and an alarm goes off. An announcement came on that they were keeping an eye on an approaching weather and asked everyone out of the pool and off the deck. Asked for a rain check. Told them we just got there and no one in our party even got into the water yet. Was told no and they pointed to a piece of paper to the high right of the window that stated all sales were final. No problem. Can we have a rain check? Kids want to swim. Was told no again. Mentioned that it would have been nice for a warning. Y'all knew and had no issues just taking folks cash. Not cool.
