My son has been at Stony Brook swim center for a little over 2 years now (he started as a baby). He absolutely loves it! His current instructor is Brooke Keegan and she is absolutely amazing. She is so great at structuring support in a way that helps him learn new skills and gain independence as a swimmer. He has made so much progress with her and loves going to swim. I can’t recommend her enough :)

Fantastic experience! Great staff and teachers. Amanda at the front office was very helpful. Miss Anna was great with my little one. We can't forget the manager, Jay. He makes things magical with bubbles during the swim lesson. Thanks for an excellent experience. *****

I cannot say enough about how much my family and I LOVE Stony Creek! My kids have absolutely thrived in their swim lessons here, especially with Coach Abby. Grant and Carter are so much more confident in the water after taking lessons for over 1.5 years. I would recommend Stony Creek to any family who is looking to get their kids started in swim lessons or to expand on skills they already have - it’s the best!

Andi teaches our daughter who has special needs and she absolutely wonderful. Always so sweet to her and understanding of any big emotions. Maddie looks forward to swimming with her every week! Our 2 year old also does classes and loves her coach Alexis! She is very patient with the little ones and makes class so fun. I would recommend Stony Creek to everyone I know.

We have two children attending Stony Creek. One of my children (T) is in the special abilities class with Miss Abby and one (R) is a group class with Miss Madison. Our son T has been with Miss Abby for around 8 months. She is kind, patient, and possesses a mentorship demeanor - always willing to meet the kiddos where they are and help guide them patiently, to whatever the next step is. I should mention our son T is primarily nonverbal - she gives him the patience and empathy he needs to develop trust and confidence. He recently did a backstroke- and when I say it moved me, ya'll - it moved to tears, to excitement, to hope. She even stepped in to help with our son R when having some water anxiety. Miss Madison has been wonderful also! She always has a great personality, is calm and cares for all the kids in her class. R loves checking out her nail polish and telling her about super-heros! We also want to shout out Josh - who hypes the kids up - all the time. He cultivates the inclusion any parent could hope for. We also love the office ladies - everyone is helpful. Props to Katie for all her help with ESA!!!
