Went for a weekend trip, the food was just ok. Loaded fries were amazing, but the rest of our food was barely warm. Service completely sucked. The waitresses constantly forgot to bring even water. My son got the fish & fries and she didn’t bring his tater sauce out till we waved her down about 5 mins after we got the food. At one point I heard a lady asking about seating where she was at and wanting food, the waitresses told her because the bar was so busy she would have to put her order in at the bar herself? Very odd. I guess with it being a Saturday day the drinkers got the best service? Next time we will eat prior to going to the splash pad.

Unfortunately, our experience at Balmoral Bar & Grill was disappointing. When our party of four arrived, we were handed menus and ordered four margaritas, thinking they were $2 each as listed—since it was Tuesday. A few minutes later, the waitress came back and told us the menu was outdated and the margarita deal was no longer valid. That was frustrating and felt misleading. We asked what the cheapest item was, and she told us $2 tacos, which we didn’t see anywhere on the menu. We gave them a try, but honestly, they were underwhelming. According to everyone in our group, they were worse than Taco Bell—not what we expected from a sit-down restaurant. While the environment was nice and the staff polite, the inconsistent pricing and low food quality really took away from the experience. Sadly, this just wasn’t the best dining experience for us.

The atmosphere was incredible the live bands really brought the place to life. The food was delicious, and the staff were just as great, offering friendly and attentive service throughout. A fantastic spot to relax, enjoy good music, and eat well.

Bartender was awesome 🤙🏻 even though I only had a sweet tea. The Mac n cheese bites were some of the best I’ve had cheesy and crispy. I also had the fish and chips. The fish was haddock white flakey and moist. Super delicious the beer batter was crispy and good as well. The fries were like shoe string fries they were seasoned nice but not my kinda fry. The place also has bands on certain nights and different kinds of shows. I will be making my way back there soon to try some more food and maybe catch a show as well. Give them a try if Yur in the area 🤙🏻👍🏻

Great hidden gem! The day I went the weather was beautiful and the food delicious. One of my pet peeves is food lacking seasoning but everything was full of flavor. Will have to return to visit waterpark.
