Absolutely unacceptable for a family stay. This is a non-smoking hotel, yet for three nights straight, our room was filled with strong cigarette and weed smoke from nearby rooms. My young daughters (9 and 5) woke up each night complaining their throats were burning. Not safe. The bathroom shower was dangerously hot—my older daughter was burned. The table in the room was so wobbly it was unusable. Even with all the smoking, the fire alarm never went off, which made us seriously concerned about safety. We reported all of this to hotel staff multiple times, but nothing was done. After three nights of this, we checked out early and moved to another hotel. I was told the general manager would call me—months later, no one has. I've called IHG Rewards twice and they have passed my message and concerns to the hotel and still no response from the hotel. Avoid this place if you value your family’s health, safety, or basic customer service.

I normally love Holiday Inn Express, but this location was a disappointment. The bath tub was disgusting, the doorknob to the bathroom was broken, the coffee maker was broken, the water for the whole hotel broke (see photos). The TV didn't work either, but we were not there to watch TV anyway. The breakfast wasn't bad, but the hours for breakfast were very short. You must wake up pretty early to not miss it. The walls are thin and while walking down the hallway, you can hear everyone in each room talking. No privacy!Most of the pools and water parks that are advertised are actually part of the local timeshare development. You can use them for free, but it is a long walk. They are not as nice or new anymore as they too are not being maintained. For example, the kids waterpark area is all rusted and faded now. It was common to see things broken. They offer a shuttle bus to the very close by Disney parks, but the schedule is very limited, so it is easier to take an Uber. There are various restaurants in the area. The location is not bad. It is best you rent or have a car. Walking places doesn't work as the major road has no cross walks and you'd get run over trying to cross. The staff was friendly.

Stayed here last year (Aug 2024) and was satisfied with the hotel. So this July 2025 we stayed here again for three nights, two rooms. Same type nice rooms with a nice view on 4th floor. Rooms were clean, fresh and bug free (and I thoroughly check before bringing the suitcases up). Staff were each polite. Free continental breakfast was pretty good too. Easy off and on main road (192) to Kissimmee and Disney park areas. Security at main entrance. The only thing negative was the few handicap parking spots. Should be more. Other than that, I would recommend this hotel.

Besides not having a remote for the TV, not having a trash container in the room and the dust and debris under the bed it was great! The pool was fabulous, the service was friendly, and breakfast was delicious The beds are super comfortable with firm, soft and medium pillows. It was definitely a great time and will return.

Worst room ever! The room was cold, but the humidity was super high. At the point that even the bed sheets felt like wet. The lights didn't work. We informed the front desk, but they didn't have more rooms....it was late...so no more option to go anywhere else. It was adjacent building, aparantly doing renovations, but the hallways were dirty, smell like garbage....not really inviting to stay there. The person from the front desk went to the room to confirm the situation. He said that he would inform about it and someone would contact us. Guess what....still waiting.
