I have used Cheap Tickets several times over several years and have generally been satisfied with their services. I recently booked a flight to Hawaii from Idaho, and I added a rental car. The price I was quoted during the booking on their website was inaccurate and/or not shown on my receipt. When I emailed them to request they provide an itemized receipt, they refused. I was unable to choose airline seats on the return trip and had to call the airline. When I decided to extend my stay an additional day. I was able to change the flights for a fee, but was unable to change the car reservation. They told me to call the car rental agency, and the car rental agency told me to call Cheap Tickets. It just ended up being a big hassle, so I canceled it and booked through the car rental agency. I really wasn't impressed with the service that I received and will look elsewhere for my travel needs. I don't recommend using Cheap Tickets.

This ticket shop is hands-down the best place to purchase theme park passes in Florida! The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, answering all my questions with patience and expertise. They offer fantastic deals, saving me a ton compared to buying directly from the parks. The process was quick and hassle-free, and they even provided helpful tips for planning my visit. I highly recommend this shop for anyone looking to make the most of their Florida theme park experience!

Honesty is the truth, When we first walked in the place smelled like weed and thats disgusting and it made me have a headache as well. Also, before you go keep in mind you have to do a tour for "west gate resort" before you can even get a ticket for whichever park you decide and the ladys attitude pissed me off.

Worst place I ever been the customer service was horrible the man had no idea what to look for he ask me more than the actual price at the gate at Disneyland and it was a horrible stinky smell when I enter I would not recommend this place to buy tickets. Please do not go there and buy tickets. It’s better to go to the gate and buy your self tickets. And is safe too PLEASE DON’T GO HERE

This place is unsafe and rundown. I came in to see about tickets about a week ago because I am staying here for a few months and wanted to see what deals they had and was greeted by a nice lady, not sure the name but she was fairly dark skin and she tried to help me with what I was looking for, although I didn’t end up purchasing tickets because it seemed like a scam having to do a tour for tickets. The lady was just doing her job so I commend her doing a job that seems impossible to do especially in the location it’s in. The owners of that place should be ashamed having their employee sit outside in the sun waiting for customers(was the first thing I seen when I pulled up) . Before leaving I also asked to use the restroom and there is NO restroom there and no AC and I’ve only been here a few weeks and can tell the heat can be unbearable at times. In no way shape or form would I ever support a business like this it seemed inhumane and the people walking around the area seem very sketchy so be careful, I’m sure the employee even needed to carry a weapon being that she worked alone. If I could give -5 stars I would for sure.
