Dominique and Jimena in the front are always super helpful! My son has been attending aquatots since April. Hence, anaya has been a great instructor! I love the staff here, it’s a good environment and my son is making progress!

I've enrolled all of my kiddos here beginning at 9 months old. The kids love it and are progressing with their swimming skills nicely. There have been times when we needed a coach change because we didnt really jive - nothing serious or dangerous - but the front desk helped us get with another coach without a hitch. I can say the program may be a bit slower than some other swim schools but the kids look forward to it every weekend. One critique would be that finding a dressing room before and after the classes at peak times is a pain, but that can be worked around.

I had a disappointing experience at Aqua Tots. The Regional Manager and owners were made aware on several occasions of safety concerns, as classes were held with inadequate pool levels and without proper chemical treatment. Despite my role as General Manager, I found that staff were not adequately certified in First Aid or CPR. I repeatedly stressed the importance of certification and lifeguard training, but my concerns were ignored. The company's motto of "Safety First, fun every second" felt insincere, leading to a toxic environment. Following my departure, all instructors and front desk staff also left due to similar concerns. The Regional Manager's behavior towards former staff, including harassment and dishonesty with parents, further exemplified the unprofessionalism within the organization

I visited this facility and my experience was not the best to say the least. This location was not organized at all, one person manning the front desk this person seemed bothered and overwhelmed with the amount of people coming in. Very slow in processing payments, documentation, etc. she was very short with her communication and seemed she did not know a lot of information we as customers need. She was so rude with one lady trying to enroll her child I overheard her continuously referring her to another location? I get it, it’s the weekend she’s young but your business hours are not crazy! Management needs to be better! We are trusting you with our children and yes I understand it’s a choice but you too have a choice in doing what is right all the time because at the end of the day it is your job.

I recently had the pleasure of interacting with Camila at the front desk, and I must say she was outstanding. From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a warm smile and a friendly attitude that immediately made me feel welcome. Camila was incredibly efficient in handling my check-in process, and she answered all my questions with patience and clarity. Her professionalism and attention to detail were evident, and she went above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met. It's clear that she genuinely cares about providing excellent service. I highly recommend Camila for her exceptional customer service skills and her positive demeanor.
