I am so grateful for my friend who introduced me to SS&W Boca and Miss Kristy. I never understood the importance of survival swimming lessons at such a young age. My 2 year old daughter went from pool stair dweller to total FISH in a year. She cried every lesson but in 6 weeks made a complete turnaround. I never could have imagined how incredible this experience could have been. At 3 years old she could swim the length of our pool and now her favorite outdoor pastime is diving for toys and telling everyone that she can “swim-float-swim.” Looking forward to baby #2 starting next week.
Jacky single handedly had both my kids floating instinctively prior to their 1st bday. Highly recommend for any parent living in Florida.
I can’t say enough about how amazing Jennifer was with our son! She was extremely patient and so caring with him and it made me feel so comfortable knowing he was in great hands while learning to save his own life. I’m so thankful for her patience because our son did not enjoy these lessons to the point that he cried and screamed during almost every lesson and wouldn’t want to get out of our car. I’m not saying any of this to scare anyone away, but to let anyone who is worried about the crying that there is a light at the end of the tunnel. Even though there was crying he still learned everything he was being taught and even started to enjoy playing with Jennifer after his lesson. I will recommend Specialized Swim & Wellness for ISR lessons to anyone who asks me about my experience. There is nothing better than knowing my son will be safer around water with the life saving techniques he learned during his lessons.
Jennifer is a great teacher! She is patient and skilled. My son was showing progress after the 1st lesson. I highly recommend her if you are looking to protect your child from the possible dangers of water.
I wanted to do a quick shoutout to Specialized Swim & Wellness and Jennifer Richardson !! My son is 5 years old now. It’s been years since his last ISR swim lesson. I think Lucas was around 2 years old when he started ISR, we did the whole program and did some of the follow up classes as well. We decided to try traditional swim classes but really didn’t see the benefit like ISR so we taught Lucas how to swim ourselves. At 5 years old, my son never forgot what he learned from Jen at ISR classes. He floats to safety when he gets tired or when he’s in the deep end. He swims and flips to get his energy back then keeps going. It’s taken time but he’s never forgotten. I cannot thank Jen enough for being the best instructor for my munchkin. If you’re considering swim lessons for your little one, I cannot say enough about ISR and how important it is. I don’t get anything from this shoutout, I am just so thankful and truly grateful watching Him in the pool everyday doing what he learned 🤍
