Very nice looking building however, because of the interior acoustics it is unusable inside. Before anyone considers purchasing a house here, you should ask Neal Homes what the plan to fix it is. The HOA fees are too high to have this unusable space.

Beautiful building with pool, pickle ball court, exercise room and common area with kitchen facilities used for events and clubhouse for various clubs ie, book club, mahjongg, card games etc. Fire pit area also available.
